Deposit was cashed weeks ago. Exterior painting was scheduled to be done this past week. No show. No calls. Have left several messages by phone, direct messaging. NOTHING. Hopefully, you're seeing this review BEFORE you sign a contract. Watch my posting. I plan to post where ever I can. I'll let you know if Tim is a man of his word or just a smooth talker. Very disappointed. I feel like I was just given a great sale pitch and fell for it. I will update reviews as I see necessary. DON'T TAKE THE BAIT! Tim, live up to your promise and commitment. I am extremely unhappy with Midas business ethics. Tim has not returned my deposit even though he could not perforn the contraced work on our contractor's schedule. He was informed prior to contract signing that this was a firm requirement. I was never informed that the deposit was nonrefundable. He is withholding thousands of dollars for NO WORK PERFORMED.

Tim came for our estimate in February 2023. Very knowledgeable and confident. We felt this was going to be a great investment in our home. We are natives with deep roots in Colorado and wanted to use local. Scheduling was a little off, just not the same care or concern Tim showed in the beginning. Mid-June we were finally scheduled, but was made known it was due to rainy weather and our project was not the only project our crew was assigned to. The first day they came and prepped. Taped off everything, ran plastic everywhere and again, we felt very confident. During painting we did have concerns with some of the crew members, not working and no real effort being put forth. Once painting was â complete,â we were told to tape all areas needing touched up or a second coat for the walk through. We ran out of tape there were so many areas needing attention. When the crew arrived some of them began mocking each area there was tape, indicating these were small areas. Only 1 door frame, out of 7 had the frame completely painted. The rest are missing paint on the top. As if a 10 year old was the one paining thinking â mommy cant see up there, so why paint up there.â The window trim/ frames were the same, underneath wasnâ t painted. Honestly, had we not been going from a deep beige to white, we probably wouldnâ t have noticed. Again, left us feeling like Midas was sneaky and unprofessional. I asked the crew not to return. Tim never came out to inspect. My husband was out of town and I didnâ t want anyone here until he was home (within a week he was home). No oneâ s ever called to follow up or rectify the situation. Fast forward a year later 2024 and we still have tape and large spots missing paint and where the paint has already rubbed off. Tim is a great salesman, but what he sells does NOT match the quality of work provided. Photos are out before and after, this was a large and expensive project. Door frames missing paint, corner where itâ s rubbed off, flat surface where itâ s rubbed off. Light bezels were not removed, since we had such short notice to prep our home (1day), we asked the one bezel to be removed and painted under, did not happen. Anywhere they could cut corners, they did. Not to mention the paint left on my hard wood floors. Save yourself the hassle.

Subject: Review Update Unfortunately, I need to update my previous review. While the initial job and first impression were excellent, the follow-up has been disappointing. After informing Midas that their work didn't meet our standards, we have struggled to maintain contact with them. Recently, we had to hire a contractor to re-sand our hardwood floors. During the process, the new contractor placed painter's tape around all of the painted trim boards to protect them. Upon removing the tape, the paint came off in certain spots around the home. Given that we paid a premium price for the entire home to be painted, we reached out to Midas expecting them to address and correct the issue. Instead, they insisted that the paint was done to Sherwin-Williams standards and claimed there was nothing they could do. Painter's tape is designed to be non-damaging, and I have never experienced paint peeling off when it has been applied correctly to industry standards. This experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths, and regrettably, I can no longer recommend Midas to fellow homeowners in good faith.

signed a contract with the company about a month ago, already paid half deposit, they do not response to emails, text or phone calls.

Owner Tim Coonâ s Midas Home Improvements team led by Brandon and Oscar started early and jumped right onto the job each morning. They all were courteous, professional, and excellent workers who did a great job painting our home. The teamâ s attention to the details of preparation, execution, cleanup, and post- completion walk through with us was very appreciated. The price for the job was also very fair and competitive. Tim himself was great to work with as well. I would be happy recommend Midas Home Improvements.

I am so embarrassed. Midas Home Improvements painted my house in July and it has taken me this long to write a review. Sorry, Midas! They did an outstanding job! I had all my windows and doors replaced, so I hired them to paint the interior of my house. They were professional, friendly, neat, and did an awesome job. I could not be more pleased!! I will definitely be using them in the future. If you use them, you will not be disappointed. Thanks, Midas!!

This company painted our exterior. Did a great job. No mess and easy to work with. The owner of the company came did a walk through and the workers were very kind and open to any criticism (made changes to make me happy) as needed.

Amazing crew, work ethic, and pride of doing a job well done. Found Tim and the crew from Facebook of all places, and thought we would give them a shot. They literally transformed our home into something magical that my wife is happy to come home to! Reasonably priced, and great lines of communication! Will continue to use them for follow on projects and will obviously recommend their services to others! Great job team!

Tony De la Rosa and his crew of two other painters were exceptionally courteous at all times. They all knew exactly what they were doing and worked efficiently and well, finishing the job in less than two days. A talented group, they left us very satisfied with their finished product.

Everyone that worked at Midas was everything that you want from a contractor. Communicate was amazing and they got to my house a few weeks early. The guy who gave my initial quote did say that I wouldn't have to pay the 3% credit card fee for the initial down payment. I guess that this information wasn't conveyed, I noticed the charge. The house looks great, a few areas that I noticed after the crew left, this is normal with paint projects. Manuel's crew did my home, they were fast and professional. My only complaint is that the crew left like they were late for a wedding. They opened the side fence up,(No gate on this side) they took down my string lights in the back, on the deck and above my concrete patio. They never fixed the fence or reattached the lights. I was surprised by this, they popped smoke so fast I still have a few shirts from crew members! Lol, other than that they great job, especially for the price, and we got a paint upgrade free of charge!

We have been renovating our home and have had some of the worst experiences imaginable. What a breath of fresh air Midas has been! The customer service can nott be beat and our house looks wonderful!

Communication with Tim was excellent. When he came to give me an estimate, we walked the house, made notes and took pictures of the work to be done. Everything was spelled out in detail. When his crew came to perform the work, they were fast and efficient. I will gladly recommend Tim to my friends and family

We couldn't have asked for more. Absolute value for money and excellent work. Tim came to give us the initial quote and spent an hour going over every inch of the house, giving us detailed information on what work needed to be completed (such as carpentry). He talked through the different paints and quality and gave us an overview of what would be best in our budget. The crew worked very hard and were very careful. They did an excellent job on the paintwork and clean up. We highly recommend Midas Home Improvements.

Very professional. When Tim came to check on the project he made sure all the paint work was being done to the highest of standards and found items that were not to his standards and he had his crew fix them immediately. Alfonso, the foreman, was on time and made sure the project was completed on time and to a high quality

We are incredibly happy with the paint job completed by Midas Home Improvement. Their team painted 27 doors, updating them from a dated almond butter tone to white. They did it all in two days, were professionals, and gave a great price on this project. Tim and Sebastian checked on us the entire time, which was not necessary but appreciated. Being a teacher in D38, I wanted to support an LP grad, but now I know we will use them in the future simply because they are amazing.

Midas Home Improvement was awesome to work with for painting our house exterior. Tim gave us a very fair price and was a great communicator and support through out the process. The foreman Ricardo and his team did beautiful careful work. Weâ re so happy with the results and the whole experience.

Tim my painting representative provided all the services I expected. His crew painted my house in Jackson Creek -Monument Colorado and did a superb job ! The results were beautiful and the paint has held up very well. They were respectful, timely and tidy. I felt safe around the crew and would hire them again for another property of mine .

Ok so where do I begin?? From the moment I met Tim Coons, I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and thorough explanation of the process of painting my house. Reyes and his painting crew were amazing. They showed up as scheduled on Friday to start the process. First step was to power wash my house. Second step on Saturday was to prep my house to begin the job of painting it on Monday. The crew worked diligently during the entire process and I was so impressed with their skills and the pride they all took in their work. When they finished up on Wednesday, I did a final walk through with Reyes, as there were very minor touch ups to be made. I must say I am 100% satisfied with the work! They took my 18 year old house and made it look brand new again! Iâ m so happy with the final results and Iâ ve been smiling all day!!
