Kevin is a wonderful craftsman and an expert in his field. He was immensely patient and informative from beginning to end. I did not know much about types of surfaces and options, and he carefully explained all the pros and cons and what I could expect. I ordered from him, then ran into delays with my project, which delayed Kevin 5 months in completing his contract with me and getting paid. He never pressured me and remained patient and flexible the whole time. When time to install, he did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. I had initially contracted with another company to do the re-modelling of the bathrooms. They abandoned the project and left me with unfinished bathrooms for months. While Kevin could have done some of the other work, in addition to what he did with the countertops, he was honest with me about his time constraints, and recommended a contractor he trusted, who came in and completed the job in an excellent and professional manner. Kevin took personal responsibility for bringing him over, looking at the job, and making sure I felt the estimate was fair and I was comfortable with the new contractor who did fine work. Kevin is the ultimate professional, of highest integrity, and a true artist. I would recommend him without reservation, and what he can't do, he has a wonderful network of craftsmen to whom he will refer.
