Were 15 minutes late, which was no big deal. Did a lot more than I thought they would, specially in kitchen, which wasn't necessary! I wish they would have concentrated on areas that I really needed done at the time, which was mainly vacuuming and mopping, since I had my arm in a cast. Maybe I'm just too picky when it comes to cleaning, but I wasn't totally satisfied. I had to roll up my 30' runner in the hallway they took up, and rearrange it, since it wasn't put back without the bunching of the non-slip pat underneath. Same thing in my bathroom, the non-slip pat was showing on one end of the rug. One of the girls was barefoot, so after she mopped, she must have walked on the wet floor, because her footprints were on the floor.
Otherwise, they did a good job.
"I read the review, and as owner I was disappointed as she waited two weeks to notify us of the problems. The schedule issue was (removed member name) fault. I have a email on that conversation, I did not charge her for missing appointment as scheduled. We adjusted our busy schedule to fit in her mistake and clean her home on short notice. After receiving complaint I personally went out with my best employee and re cleaned the her home for no charge. When I left (removed member name) promised she was going to change the review because it is important my customers are satisfied, She did not. We are a reputable company and will make every effort to make it right if we make a mistake. But even going the extra mile didn't help."
