Muffler fell off.
Transmission was going from park in to drive, very dangerous.
I used this repair shop From 2001 to 2008 ,I lost all trust.
The muffler and transmission was just the last episode.

We purchased a truck from the BLM unseen and when we got it there were issues. Laursen does all of the BLM repairs so we took it to them to inspect. They kept the truck for about a week on their lot until we could work out a compromise with the BLM. They went through the whole truck and found the clutch fluid had never been changed and the clutch needed repair. They charged us absolutely nothing and were very pleasant to deal with, even when we took the truck back to the BLM and they didn't get any work out of the deal.Because we liked them so much we had them repair my Dads car after he passed away and the brakes were making noise.They inspected the brakes and only recommended repairing two of the four.They did the work and no problems.We recently called to get an estimate on our diesel VW timing belt and they declined to repair it because they wouldn't have the specialized tools. They have a BBB accredited rating. I think they are very upfront and honest. They will always be our first choice.
