"We set ourselves up for failure on this job and wholly admit it. We did not communicate that the area to be sprayed would need to be clear of things and when we showed up we thought we could do a good job; we clearly didn't and couldn't; we should have came back another day. There were many things in the basement where we sprayed but trying to be good stewards and help homeowners out we tried to put everything on one side of the basement, cover it, spray, then move everything and repeat; however when we noticed we missed some areas on the first side and moved back we didn't do a good job covering and made a full mess. We have learned and in the future we will be better."
"Thanks Brian!"
