It didn't cost me anything because I had purchased tires from them before. They are fast, they're courteous. They take care of their customers. If you purchase tires for them, they will repair tires at no charge.

Called to find the best prices on tires for my Honda. The service rep was friendly over the phone and gave me lots of options and information. After calling mulitple places I found that they were the best place in town.
It was nearing closing time and I was late to have my tires put on. The sales rep assured me that they would stay until the work was performed. Althought it was my fault I was late the shop employees were still friendly and not mad that they had to stay a little longer to perfom the work.
After the tires were put on the sales rep found me a coupon to take off an extra $100 dollars for the set of tires. I felt like he really did not need to do this, but I was very happy. He went the extra mile to make a customer happy and keep me coming back.
