What a great experience. Called yesterday, ask for the earliest appointment, got it scheduled for today! Jim, the technician, was outstanding! Very professional, great attitude, communication was exceptional. He had all the parts and equipment needed with him. Price was exactly what I was told, no hidden costs. I couldn't be happier and will recommend highly to anyone needing HVAC service of any kind. TOP NOTCH A TO Z!!!!!!!!!

I first worked with Jordan and he was wonderful. He was patient and gave us several quotes, as asked. The men who installed our unit were very friendly and walked me through the whole install and also answered all of our questions. They walked me through the whole process of setting the thermostat, which helped tremendously. All of the staff who helped us at Balance Point were wonderful!
