John came the same day. He found a GFCI outlet in that room which we had covered up and which had shut off the power in the room. He reset the outlet and solved the problem. He charged us for a service call but did give us a discount.

Three weeks after I had purchase the deal, they had still never called or contacted me. I called them and had to listen to 10-15 minutes of excuses about why they didn't call. We eventually set an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they were to have been there at 8am. At 9am, I called them to see when I could expect them. After still more excuses (people calling in sick), they said someone would be there in half an hour. they showed up at 10:30. the work done was fine and the worker was very professional. I just found the scheduling and punctuality very lacking.

Electrician arrived in 15 minutes and assessed power outage. He discovered a hidden outlet having a GFCI. He reset the GFCi and restored power.

Ivan and Tony did a great job. There were originally 2 other guys on site, which did satisfy work. I believe one was in training, so it wouldn't be fair to judge them. This is the 2nd electrical company I used on the same house in 3 months. Tru craft was by far the best value and service of the 2, especially since tru craft uses 2 installers per job (very efficient)

They were wonderful! They came on time, worked quickly and constantly, and left my house in great shape. I will hire them again for my next job. It was going so well I asked them to stay another hour so we could finish up the main two floors of my house. This was an additional charge to the Angie's List special of $179.00 for two hours but well worth it.

I would not recommend Tru-Craft electric to anyone. The rough-in work was OK. Just OK. I had to stop one electrician from drilling a hole through a load bearing post, and the wiring was not as neat as I'm used to seeing. Then came the finish. They couldn't figure out or remember how they had wired some 3-way lighting. A dedicated circuit in the kitchen was cross wired with a lighting circuit, and they could not find a short, and kept blaming it me, the plumber, and the drywallers, when in fact it was their own sloppy work that caused it (ground wire in box touching hot terminal of outlet). Their solution would have been to tear out drywall and replace wires, instead, I fixed each of these myself and then inspected all of their finish work and found yet more sloppiness that needed cleaning up.

I had a ceiling fan installed, and I was so happy with the team of two, I had an existing ceiling fan replaced the very next day. They were prompt, efficient, and the cost was very reasonable. I will refer Tru-Craft Electric to everyone I know and will hire them again next time I require electrical work. I highly recommend them!

Two electricians came on time. They asked if it was OK to keep their shoes on. They came in, put the drop clothes down. One went into the attic and replaced the plastic box with a metal fan rated box, while the other assembled the fan. They installed it and cleaned up. The whole job took a bit less than an hour. It cost $156. They were professional and polite. I'm defenetly calling them back if I need some work done.

My General Contractor uses Tru-Craft because sub standard contractors gravitate to one another. John the owner was to do a major wiring job with detailed plans, specs and commentary from the pool builder. He not only did not follow the specs which cost me over an additional $5,000.00 because of a fix it patch to the system, he violated code work, and even put a voltage wire through the gas line. Some members of his staff on numerous occasion appeared impaired and the quality of work was substandard and he would not honor his warranty....In addition he cheated me on parts and equipment and would not refund the difference betwwen what he charged and fair market value I have had to pay over $3K additional to two other electricians to repair his shotty, and illegal wiring work.
