Description of Work: They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME!!!I asked for them to check a leak in my kitchen sink, Steve recommended a part for my faucet. He didn't get back to me for 3 weeks and told me I would be better of getting a new faucet. Then he proceeded to tell me that he makes nothing off of the 1 Hour service call, (That I bought, by the way) and that he should have never agreed to do this with Angie's list. I in turn, bought a service that I will never use. He was rude and unresponsive. I would appreciate a refund or an opportunity to put my money toward a decent professional that will benefit from the work I need done at my home.  + 0 moreWe called several plumber/hot water heater providers for estimates and appointments. Steve was the most responsive. He and his son got here within an hour! We had gotten some other bids and his was the best. Even when the job required some extra labor, he stuck to the original bid. When he was finished, his son showed us how to relight the pilot and read the trouble indicator. They left the work site clean as a whistle. We feel like we have a friend in the plumbing business and will use his services whenever we need a plumber. We would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend.
Description of Work: We needed a new hot water heater installed. Steve and his son brought the new one of the type we wanted and did a complete installation including extending some of the copper pipe to meet the height of the new heater.

 + 0 moreThey are very reliable and have a senior discount. The same person comes out each time and he's very good. He cleans up after himself, he's polite and efficient.
Description of Work: Steves Plumbing Inc does work for us a couple times a year. Most recently they snaked out the main drain and check to make sure there is no blockage.

Description of Work: I needed a new water heater (gas). The old one was leaking and shower water was brown. The business owner came and checked old heater, went right out and got a new one and installed it. I was prepared with a credit card, but one thing you should know is: no credit -- just cash or check. I learned after the fact, and I was a little stressed about not having money in my account. Plumber was very understanding (family business) and said not to worry I could pay him in a few days when I thought I'd have enough money to cover. I still felt like a deadbeat (I'm not! Tough month :) but that wasn't Steve's fault :).
