Professional Ones

Daniel Chirinos is a professional as the name of his company states, The Professional Ones...He did an excellent job in a timely fashion...He always arrived when he said he would and did the work he promised to do...I have worked with other sheetrock people and painters, and Daniel is the best I have worked with...It is obvious he takes pride in what he does and he is very good at it...He said he would stand by his work and that is true also...we had a little settling in a beam we installed and the caulking cracked...I called and asked him to come back and fix it, and he did for no charge...You may pay a little more for his work, but it is definitely worth it, because his work is very good, which included skin coating, popcorn removal, priming and painting...I would definitely recommend him, if you are looking for "quality work"...

Professional Ones were amazing, the work was done expertly and excellently in one day with minimal amount of paint needed. We were more than happy to provide access to Professional Ones while we weren't around the house, they were truly professional. All the work was done in ONE DAY! We were thrilled! Professional Ones came highly recommended to me from the Benjamin Moore store in Longmont. Daniel was great to work with! His work was very high quality, he was prompt everyday, reasonable price, and he was very responsive when I contacted him. He's easy to get in touch with via text and very friendly. I'm going to use him for some future work that I have in mind.

This is the first time I have used Angie's list and based on this experience, it will be my "go to" service from now on. The reviews for Professional One, Daniel, were very positive. He responded quickly to all my questions and requests mostly by text but we also talked on the phone some. We had to renegotiate his bid as I had someone come in at a lower price which he agreed to. He was a true professional. He showed up on time, worked at least eight hours or more a day, finished a day early, got all the paint and supplies and did a beautiful job in the whole house!!! AND he is a delightful person to be around!!!! Next year we will probably paint the exterior and guess who we will call... Daniel!!

The work performed was immaculate. If there was a Nobel prize for drywall and painting, Daniel would have received it. Our garage now looks like a hospital operating room, instead of a dilapidated outhouse. Daniel is a meticulous, hard worker who takes pride in his work, and I would definitely hire him again.

Daniel supplied all the materials, hung drywall on the walls and ceilings, taped all the joints, and sprayed a light texture to finish the walls. Daniel, his young son and a helper did all of the work. Daniel and his co-workers arrived on time and completed the job on schedule. He kept me apprised of arrival times, etc. in a timely manner via text messages. The work area was kept clean and organized. We were especially pleased that he ‘wet’ sanded the joints and avoided creating tons of dust. I believe Daniel is a skilled drywall installer and did a great job on a challenging project. The house is 50 plus years old, has many 45 degree angles, and like many remodels, nothing is plumb and square. Finally, Daniel is courteous, friendly, and professional. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Daniel provided the finish and texture service with great style. The job was completed in record time. He ensured the ceramic tile in the bathroom area was covered and protected during the process. He also explained what he was doing during each step and gave me guidance on what type of paint to use.

Daniel is very professional, courteous, and goes above and beyond to complete the project to his high standards. He came and inspected subcontractor work and provided minor quality control of their work also. We are very pleased with the time and effort and we highly recommend him.

We hired Daniel to skim coat the living room in our 1920 Denver home. There were years of old patch jobs and various textures on the walls. For a very fair price, Daniel came in and added a thin skim coat to the entire living room. The walls are now beautifully smooth and look like new plaster walls. He even did some minor work on our cracked ceiling at no extra charge. Daniel was responsible, timely and just an all around good guy. He took the time to show me how to properly sand and calk my trim and gave me some pro painting advice. We will definitely be using Daniel again for future work in our home.

Daniel did a really good job. We have a vaulted ceiling with many angles so it was not an easy job. He was extremely professional, responsive, and polite. I am hoping to hire him again to remove the texture from our walls.

We can't say enough about how well Daniel scheduled and completed the work. He took extra time to meet with us twice to talk over what we wanted done, then worked after hours to finish in order to meet our deadline for moving into the house. Daniel's work is excellent! The repairs to our ceiling were seamless. He worked cleanly, he was organized and he was able to get the job done in about five hours. Daniel was professional, punctual, respectful, and fair. He was also flexible with scheduling and was able to come to our house earlier then we had originally agreed. He even offered to run to Home Depot for insulation for our attic that we needed to replace. I would highly recommend Daniel for any drywall repair!

Daniel is truly a professional. He was punctual, courteous, respectful of our property, and has great communication. He repaired drywall and several cracks in the walls and ceiling prior to painting our entire basement. I am remodeling my house, and I had hired Daniel to do some drywall repair.  I was running out of time to get my ceilings painted before other contractors came to refinish my wood floors and install my new kitchen cabinets.  I wanted the ceilings painted over these areas beforehand.  I had started but found them particularly difficult to paint and slow going.  Daniel became aware of my predicament and offered to paint those ceilings.  I wanted two coats and he gave me two coats for only $700 plus the cost of the paint (I didn't use cheap paint).  He also did the work very quickly but very thoroughly.  I was very happy with the outcome.

Great experience! Daniel is hardworking and truly a craftsman. The paint work was excellent, and superb attention to detail. He was able to come over to help us, when most people didn't return our calls. The work was well worth the money. Highly recommended.
