Ramon had to do a late afternoon job but he got it done in good time. The opener works fine. I have had problems synching it to my car, but that was not his fault at all.

Ray came over within two hours of my call and had my garage door repaired within 2 hours. He ended up using more expensive parts than quoted but didnt charge me more. He was very professional and pleasant. Highly recommend him!!!

New opener was properly installed but the included outside keypad was defective. Installer promised to get and install replacement keypad in several days but failed to do so. An email, text message, and voice mail inquiring about the keypad were ignored. Fortunately I withheld some of the payment. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. Also, the bid noted that a backup battery was include with opener whereas that model doesn't include one.
