Chris Blankenship, of GreenPoint Roofing, was very helpful in deciding to use high-impact resistant roof shingles to replace my hail-damaged roof. The skylight was even replaced because it leaked. The GreenPoint crew was fast and efficient.

GreenPointing Roofing did an excellent job fixing my roof. Since I had a cement tile roof, there were many issues with replacing it or even repairing it after it sustained hail damage in 2022. Other roofing companies gave up fighting my insurance company but Kiefer at GreenPoint roofing hung in there for almost two years until the roof was fixed. I learned about GreenPoint Roofing upon asking my insurance company for recommendations on who to contact for replacement of my roof after it was damaged during a hail storm. From the start of our interactions, GreenPoint and my project manager, Mike, were professional and quick to respond to all inquiries. Communication was provided via email, texts, and phone calls - I was never left wondering if messages had been received nor where we were in the process of roof repair. Furthermore, when additional services were necessary, GreenPoint Roofing kindly considered my personal availability to schedule appointments and additional work. Greenpoint did an amazing job on our roof replacement. They assisted us with our insurance claim after a hail storm that caused roof damage. They not only helped us get a whole new roof but helped me understand what information my insurance needed. The install team was timely, professional and quick! They did a great job with the roof and left our yard clean and clear of nails. Everyone I spoke with on the office side with was kind and professional. It was a really great experience working with Nick and the team at Greenpoint. Nick took care of everything and was always responsive to my questions and concerns. He guided me through step by step and made a complex to me process simple and easy.

I had several areas on our roof where strong winds this past summer had ripped off the shingles and some of the roofing paper. Despite the roof being installed a few years back by a different roofing company, Nick Davies of GreenPoint Roofing came out and inspected the damaged areas and the rest of the roof. He found that only the missing shingle areas were affected and no other damage to the roof existed. A GreenPoint roof repair person came out and repaired the damaged areas and re-inspected the entire roof confirming that there was no further damage to the roof of any kind. Both Nick and the repair person were very courteous, professional and informational about the condition of the roof. We are very satisfied with the entire repair service experience. Bob K.

The installation professionals were amazing, very methodical and correct, it was like watching a professional sports team, turns out they have been together for years. They kept the area clean and mag swept for nails. These Mullarkey class 4 shingles are so nice compared the ones I had, our home of 30 years its actually quieter. Im happy I called GreenPoint roofing, I recommend Chris B as a project manager, he was extremely helpful, I needed the help.

Greenpoint provided the best customer service and took care of all the special needs of our hundred year old house. They removed all the old roof decking, protected the attic from debris, upgraded the ventilation, protected our fragile landscaping completely, and cleaned up all the debris meticulously when they were done. Greenpoint was great. Anna was a huge help in working with us to plan our roof replacement following last year's hail storm. Greenpoint just replaced the roof and gutters on our historic home in Old Town Longmont due to hail damage. I don't usually post reviews but the work, service and communication was way beyond our expectations. The customer service rep, Emilio Garza, managed every step of the processâ roof inspection, a return visit to be here when the insurance adjuster walked the roof, coordinating the claim process with AAA, managing the install crew, showing us a wide choice of shingle samples, and answering every question quickly. We now have a new 50-year roof that matches the historic style of our home, new venting that has significantly reduced the upstairs temperature (which got unbearably hot in the summer), and wider gutters and downspouts to channel rain and snow away from the house. GP even had a referral discount program. We referred them to a number of neighbors who were also completely happy with the service and quality of work. With the referral discounts, we only paid $200 out of pocket after insurance. I whole-heartedly recommend Greenpoint to anyone looking for a totally professional, reliable and responsive roofing company. These guys are the best!
