Green Point Roofing is an amazing company! It is fortunate to have Tyler Urbania as one of its roofing managers. From the beginning of the process, it was clear that Tyler was a friendly, experienced, and professional roofing manager. He provided us with a clear estimate of the work to be done, explained the estimate to us in a way we could understand, and, on his initiative, he wrote a detailed estimate for repairing hail damage to our roof and sent it to our insurance company. When the insurance adjuster came to our house, Tyler escorted her onto our roof, pointing out all the damage from the hail storm. As a result of the adjusterâ s thorough and complete damage estimate, we received appropriate compensation to replace our damaged roof. We were also impressed that Tyler kept his commitment to get the roof work done while we were out of town. Green Point has many experienced roofers on its staff and Tyler worked with a group of them and, even with limited time, he got the job done. When we returned, we were happy to see the new roof and were impressed with the quality of the roofing job. While the work was being done, the roofers discovered rotten wood on one portion of our old house. Under Tylerâ s supervision, a crew of Green Point roofers removed the rotten wood, replaced it with new wood siding, and then primed and painted it to fit the color of our house. That crew did an excellent job.

I first heard about the new F-Wave roofing product by Revia from another company that had bid on repairs for extensive hail damage to my house. However, I thought the bid from that company seemed too high. So I called the F-Wave manufacturer to recommend someone in my area with experience and expertise in their product. Without hesitation the manufacturer recommended Tyler Urbania. When Tyler came to bid on my project, there was no comparison to the other bidders. The owner of Greenpoint, Scott Brasington, came with Tyler, and they were absolutely well prepared, professional, and personable. They had a beautiful folder for me with information about their company and all the products I was going to be needing, customer referrals, and even copies of their contractorâ s license and proof of liability insurance. It was a no-brainer to hire Tyler. Additionally, all the work Tyler has done on my project has continued to be exceptional. Even the County Building Inspector raved about the F-Wave roof and the installation work of Tylerâ s team. Not only was the workmanship exceptional, but Tyler has worked tirelessly with my insurance company to get my claims covered 100%. Tyler even knows the software the insurance adjusters use and can figure out where the adjusters are omitting details that need to be included on the claims. The subcontractors Tyler employed for my siding, trim, windows, and gutters also have been excellent. And when it came to coordinating and choosing colors, Tyler brought his fiancé, Anna Ciferno, along, who also is a roofing project manager for Greenpoint! It was so very nice to have another female opinion about the choice of colors and the final appearance of the house! I tell you, I could not give Tyler Urbania and Greenpoint Roofing a higher recommendation!

I worked with a different roofing company during the same Tyler with Greenpoint was helping us out. By far the best customer service I have ever had working with any contractor. Tyler is easy to work with and has very fast response time with any needs we had.

My project manager, Charles Lane, has been amazing to work with from day one. I first met him when I had hail damage and made a claim with my insurance company. He explained the process in detail, answered all my questions, and has been unbelievably patient when I rescheduled and then changed plans for our roof replacement due to a remodel. He was in contact with my insurance company multiple times to make sure all supplements and correct shingle class were paid out to me. GreenPoint replaced both my roof, multiple skylights and a gutter. The crew was quick and respectful. Clean up after was great and Charles made sure everything was handled from start to finish. With never having to have my roof replaced before, I was unsure and somewhat apprehensive of what to expect. From start to finish, GreenPoint Roofing alleviated any concerns I had and then some!! Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. After my roof was installed, the crew did a superb job in nail pickup and overall cleanup. My initial contact was with Mr. Charles Lane, my project manager, and from that point on Mr. Lane oversaw my roof installation and insurance claim like it was his own. Our roof was replaced perfectly and promptly by Greenpoint Roofing after a terrible storm. The only snag was with the insurance company, but Anna Ciferno quickly engaged the insurance company and went above and beyond in bringing them to task. After the job was complete, the insurance company provided misinformation and lagged in communication, but as soon as I contacted Anna for assistance she immediately jumped on the issue, took the bull by the horns with the diligence, compassion, care, efficiency, thoroughness and responsibility that is all too rare these days. Anna is an incredibly hard working angel of a human being who sincerely cares, and knows how to get work done!

They had all the right answers,were on time, finished on time,every one was involved in the clean up, checked with me before they left. Check with me the next day to make sure I was still happy with their work.

I would like to sing the praises of Greenpoint Roofing, LLC of Longmont, who replaced my hail damaged shingles, in Centennial, Co, with a complete spectrum of Malarkey Legacy class 4 impact resistant shingles (Oxford Grey): This included all Malarkey synthetic felt, smart starter shingles, ice and water shield, drip edge on valleys and rakes. Chris Reffalt was instrumental in helping us decide on the best possible class 4 impact resistant shingle we could afford to protect us from the future hailstorm damage that could come as Colorado has become the number 2 State most likely to have hail damage in the country. Chris's crew worked carefully and effectively to complete the job, beautifully in one day, draping the perimeter of the house with drop cloths to remove all debris and protecting our plantings. I can say that he delivered on all his promises and would recommend Greenpoint Roofing LLC of Longmont to anyone who wants a truly professional roofing job. I was particularly impressed when Chris let us see and feel with our own hands the difference between Malarkey legacy class 4 shingles and the competitors versions that would also get the State Farm Insurance premium reduction .

Very professional and attentive crew. They made the transition from old roof to new in an expeditious manner. Continually checked in to make sure everything is to our liking and if anything else is needed. Made it feel as if you were family.
