Anna was excellent with handling the home insurance and going over my options. The crew was very good and did an excellent job. Chris is an excellent carpenter. Replaced the carrier on my porch roof and changed the roof pitch to make it more usable when it was made into a sunroom. Would hire again, no questions asked.

GreenPoint did a great job installing a roof and gutters on my home, barn and outbuilding. I had storm damage to all three buildings and GreenPoint helped assess the damage and assisted with the insurance claim. After a nasty windstorm Emilio was quick to respond to my call for help. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently, explaining everything along the way. I wish all companies had employees like Emilio.

We were extremely happy with our experience with GreenPoint Roofing. Emilio was the project lead for our roof replacement and was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient with our many questions throughout, and removed a lot of stress for us, accommodating our unpredictable availability. Everyone we interfaced with was professional and accommodating, and had a depth of expertise. We were especially pleased by their expertise in attic ventilation (which many roofing companies don't have). They identified attic ventilation problems, then designed and implemented a solution to bring the ventilation up to current code and best practices, offering several options that we could choose from, all for a very reasonable cost. This improvement should help our new shingles last!

Our neighborhood was hit with a bad hail storm early in the summer and we received a plethora of information and business flyers from various roofing companies. GreenPoint caught my eye as they had won a lot of business based awards and had been in the business for some time so I agreed to a roof inspection through them. Emilio our representative was unfailingly polite, professional, timely and friendly. He helped through the whole process and was endlessly patient with our color choices and also with the insurance company who took their time paying. I am very please with the service I received from GreenPoint and Emilio and would definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend GreenPoint Roofing. Chris B. was super helpful in guiding us through the insurance process (we had hail damage to our roof). He was with us every step of the way, pointing out specific areas of damage that we wouldn't have known about. He was instrumental in getting our solar panels replaced as well. His workers were efficient -- they did the whole roof in 1 1/2 days. They were very tidy as well, picking up everything (including stray nails) after the job was done. Very professional company!

After a hail storm in Summer 2020, after several roofers came by to tell us we were in dire need of a new roof, I decided to call Greenpoint who told me that our roof was fine. However, our insurer allowed that there was some hail damage and we chose to go with Greenpoint due to their honesty from the get go. Tyler was AMAZING to work with. He walked me through several of my options and was extremely patient as we decided to move forward. He/Greenpoint were not pushy at all and definitely look out for their customers' best interest. During installation, we pointed out a few other things that were causing some potential issues and Tyler walked us through it all and assured me it would get taken care of. After the crew completed the job in ONE day, he has called upon us at least twice to ensure we were happy with the work they've provided, and the owner also checked in on us to make sure we were happy with how things progressed. I'd wholeheartedly recommend going with this team for roof repairs or installation.

I have had some experience working with Green Point Roofing as both a residential general contractor and building official. When it came time to re-roof our homes metal roof due to some hail damage Green Point Roofing was one of several roofing contractors I contacted for an estimate. I selected them for their quality of work, customer service and price. Tyler Urbania was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with along with the entire crew. I recommend them with absolutely no hesitation what so ever. In fact Tyler introduced us to a new metal roofing system manufactured by Decra, which in my opinion is a step above the typical standing seam metal roof. The installation went smoothly, was on time, on budget and they did a superior job cleaning up after the job was completed. Their working with our insurance company was effortless. Hopefully we will not need a new roof for a long time, but when the need arises Green Point Roofing will be at the top of our list.
