Anna was always very communicative and kept me up to date on the project. GreenPoint has now replaced 3 roofs for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing service.

Worked with Anna for our roof replacement on n 2023. She met with our insurance adjuster and assisted in our hail claim as a whole. We also had them do our paint. Anna and the whole green point team was great to work with and made our insurance claim easier to deal with.

We had a golf ball-sized hail storm, and I would have to replace the roofs of two historic homes I have in the neighborhood. I talked to three or four companies, and all of them would have replaced a roof equal to what I already had. My neighbors suggested I talk to Emilio at GreenPoint. Within a few minutes, I knew he knew more about roofs than the other guys, and I was sure I would have better roofs than before. In particular, with these historic homes and the need for insulation, there isn't a good way to ventilate the roofs, and given the fact that the houses are historic, who wants to damage the soffits made out of beautiful wood damaged by vents? Talking to Emilio, he told me about a roof technology I had never heard about. It is a perfect solution for historic homes. There must be a hundred landmark homes with new roofs in the neighborhood, and if Emilio did not do them, they got a lot less of a roof than they could have. In addition, Emilio does a great job managing the project. The roof for the house I live in was done in one day. There was no landscape damage, and the materials didn't sit onsite for days and weeks before and after the job, like with other roofing companies. If you need a roof in Longmont, give Emilio a call. After spending over 40 years in the Customer Service industry, I've gained a true appreciation for Customer Service Excellence! I was often asked what the key was to being awarded #1 in Customer Service for the U.S. in a Fortune 500 Company? I'd always half joking say, set expectations low and deliver high. In Chris Blankenship's case, he set expectations realistically high and delivered even higher! I have nothing to compare personally, but from discussions with my friends and neighbors roof replacement experiences, Chris and the entire Greenpoint Crew provided a value-added service that exceeded all others. Chris took personal responsibility to properly assess damage and repairs necessary. Then, he went above and beyond by orchestrating communications between all parties involved including my insurance provider. He refused to accept less than reasonable responses to our claim and pursued when others might have walked away to find an easier claim? The result was our receiving a superb roof replacement, updates to construction to meet new building codes and environmental impact improvements with maximized compensation from our insurance provider. Due to a significant hail storm causing roof damage earlier this year we interviewed a number of different roofing company personnel. We hired Greenpoint roofing due to their good local reputation and positive feedback from neighbors who have used them. I cannot state enough the positive things about their employee Anna Ciferno. Five Star Review of roof replacement by Green Point Roofing due to hail damage: Chris Blankenship was the project manager. I have worked will many contractors over the years, and Chris is setting the standard for me from now on. He showed up on time and prepared, kept me appraised of the schedule and details, explained the backlog of permitting and apologized for the rain delays (which were not his fault, of course). Green Point also took care of the insurance company communications, which was great. My most difficult challenges were choosing if I wanted the free upgrade to Class 4 rated roofing (I said yes) and picking the color with a little consultation with Chris B. Juan acted as Crew Leader and was amazing. Drake, Nico, Jorge Jr, and Finn had tarps down and the roof stripped by 9:00 in the morning and were doing the final clean up by 3:00pm. That included five new sheets of paneling installed and the magnet walk for lost nails. The team was clean, courteous, and contentious about the area. Plus, they were fun and friendly! Would I recommend Chris B and the Green Point Team? Absolutely!

It was a pleasure working with Chris Blankenship and GreenPoint on the replacement roof for our Boulder CO property. Chris was responsive, conscientious, and straightforward throughout the entire process. He did a good job communicating between us, our property manager, the insurance company, Boulder city, and GreenPoint's crew. This was the first time we had made a property insurance claim, and Chris and GreenPoint's staff competently helped us through the claim process. The replacement process was interrupted by a snowstorm that delayed the scheduled installation a few days and some rotten underlayment discovered during the replacement, but these complications were promptly addressed. Anna Ciferno was the original estimator to come to our home to estimate the replacement of our roof. Immediately she gained our confidence by making suggestions about our search for a contractor. She is extremely knowledgeable about roofing and skylights. She suggested how best to deal with our insurance company that was totally ethical and saved us many thousands of dollars. She managed the project including the replacement of 2 skylights with her terrific comments on the pros and cons as work progressed. The workers were friendly industrious and timely. Anna made sure we were happy during the work. She followed up after the work was completed and paid for to make sure we were pleased. We totally trusted her. The management and office staff were very professional and helpful. When the insurance inspector came, Anna was with him on the roof and around the house making sure he noted particular spots. We have just replaced the roof on our house in Boulder, a project which was complicated by the large solar array. Tyler Urbania and GreenPoint Roofing have made this process far better than I expected it to be. The process started with leaking under our solar panels. The insurance company attributed the leak to wind and offered a specific amount to repair the damages, including removing and reinstalling the solar panels. Tyler inspected our roof and then sat down with me and looked through the estimate of the repairs. He took a series of photos and, with my approval, worked with my insurance company to increase the amount that we received. He also brought by shingle samples multiple times for our approval, which was super helpful because the pictures and the actual shingle colors don't match all that well. We got quotes on the roof work from about 5 or 6 companies and Tyler really stood out because of his incredibly helpful attitude and his deep knowledge of how insurance works. The bid on the work was good, but Tyler's help was what really made the difference. Tyler is a licensed insurance adjuster and this, I believe, really smoothed the process of working with the insurance company. Tyler managed the entire process of the tear off and replacement and was highly responsive to questions and concerns. He went above and beyond, including (as just one example) having one of his guys paint the new drip edges to match our house--we just supplied the paint. GreenPoint's crew was professional, polite, and efficient. They cleaned up all the debris really thoroughly, as well. GreenPoint works closely with a solar installer, ProGreen, which performed the solar panel removal. Having this working relationship made the process more efficient.

We invited 3 contractors for estimates before selecting GreenPoint to re-roof our house after hail damage. Anna, our project manager, was by far the most knowledgeable we talked with. She pointed out that the existing roof had degraded prematurely due to inadequate attic ventilation, something not pointed out by the other contractors. She provided a detailed quote spelling out exactly what work would be performed and what materials would be used including ventilation upgrades. The commitment required from us was very simple and understandable without the legalese indicating that we were stuck with whatever the contractor did. They supported us in the HOA approval process. They worked closely with our insurance company to get approval. The work was performed quite quickly and professionally. When they got into the job, it became evident that due to peculiarities in the builders construction, the ventilation plan needed to be revisited. This happened seamlessly, No plan of battle survives first contact with the enemy. At every step of the process, we were kept fully informed, never talked down to, and never told to "trust me".
