Excellent service- they came out quickly and assessed all of our problems. We had issues with a leaking tub faucet, a leaking water bib/hose valve on the side of our house, and our water heater was having its own set of problems as well. They were able to fix everything in the same day! And their rates were extremely fair and reasonable- way more affordable than two other companies who had given us quotes that were hundreds of dollars more. We would highly recommend them & will be using them for all of our plumbing needs!!

I hired Easy Breezy Plumbing to repair a leak at the dispenser to my under sink reverse osmosis water purifier. Ken was at the house for a long time and he charged me $245.00. I noticed some water on the floor of the cabinet that night. I was not available the day Ken was at the house, so my partner helped him. Ray looked at the system and moved some tubing and all of a sudden a gush of water came from above. So we called Easy abreast plumbing and came back to assess his work. He said he could not find a leak and he was assessing the situation. Ken noticed that the discharge hose was just above the y tubing it was supposed to be going into. The prior visit He had worked on that y tube and per my brother and Ray Ken was the last one to touch anything under the sink, so he was responsible for where the tube had been placed. Again he was at the house for several hours, so by the time he left he charged me an additional $127.00 dollars. I turned one of the reverse osmosis valves and again there was a gush of water. So at the moment, I have my system turned off. I am not going to have Ken come back because I told him I hired him to fix the leak, not to troubleshoot my RO system.

"We sincerely apologize. This job did take some time because the part that was needed was nowhere to be found. The technician tried the nearest Plumbing Supply House, Home Depot, and Ace Hardware unsuccessfully finding the specific part. The technician improvise and created the part. The reverse osmosis (RO) system was wedged underneath a sink with various hoses making the diagnosis and repair hard to do and time-consuming. The technician left that day with no leaks. The second day the technician came back the technician had issues identifying the problem because he reviewed his area of work from the day before which was still not leaking. He was able to identify the new leak which was between the wall and the back of the sink. This was likely created by moving things around under the sink and accidently breaking a connection loose, which must?ve happened after the technician left when Ray was moving the tubing. EZP did suggest a new RO system because the lack of room the system had (which can lead to accidently knocking it and leaking again), the lack of repair parts (since nowhere had a replacement part), and the age of the system. Normally the second day would be no charge IF this were a warranty on the parts and labor for the prior work. However, this was a new leak, the second day was a new service with new materials, time, and a new diagnosis which was the reasoning for the charges. However, here at EZP we understand your frustrations and hope that we have rectified the situation by explanation and apology. We have also refunded you for the second day of work and have offered to have a separate plumber come out and take care of the problem you discussed. You advised you went ahead and purchased a new RO system with a water softener which is what the plumber had recommended you doing so this will certainly benefit you in the future. If there is anything else you believe we can do to rectify the situation please don?t hesitate to reach out. *** EZP Offers a one year warranty to any clients with EZP supplied parts/EZP installation."
