"We sincerely apologize. This job did take some time because the part that was needed was nowhere to be found. The technician tried the nearest Plumbing Supply House, Home Depot, and Ace Hardware unsuccessfully finding the specific part. The technician improvise and created the part. The reverse osmosis (RO) system was wedged underneath a sink with various hoses making the diagnosis and repair hard to do and time-consuming. The technician left that day with no leaks. The second day the technician came back the technician had issues identifying the problem because he reviewed his area of work from the day before which was still not leaking. He was able to identify the new leak which was between the wall and the back of the sink. This was likely created by moving things around under the sink and accidently breaking a connection loose, which must?ve happened after the technician left when Ray was moving the tubing. EZP did suggest a new RO system because the lack of room the system had (which can lead to accidently knocking it and leaking again), the lack of repair parts (since nowhere had a replacement part), and the age of the system. Normally the second day would be no charge IF this were a warranty on the parts and labor for the prior work. However, this was a new leak, the second day was a new service with new materials, time, and a new diagnosis which was the reasoning for the charges. However, here at EZP we understand your frustrations and hope that we have rectified the situation by explanation and apology. We have also refunded you for the second day of work and have offered to have a separate plumber come out and take care of the problem you discussed. You advised you went ahead and purchased a new RO system with a water softener which is what the plumber had recommended you doing so this will certainly benefit you in the future.
