WOODLEY'S FINE FURNITURE

We had an excellent experience on the table/chairs, but the experience with a service call from Greg was what prompted me to take the time to post. Someone in shipping had not tightened a tie-down firmly enough, causing a strip across the front of our hutch to be rubbed shiny (from the soft tie moving in shipment). Greg spent an hour at our house ''re-setting'' the lacquer in the trouble spots. He also ''shimmed'' the piece so it leveled perfectly even when positioned on carpet tack-down strips. He educated us about how the furniture was finished and how/when/why to care for it and what not to do (Pledge=BAD), refinishing (10 years down the road), and when he left, not only was the hutch flawless, but the additional knowledge he shared made us fall more in love with our furniture and Woodley's than we had been when it first arrived!
