With 4 ASP and ASPM Stagers available to cover the Denver region, we Stage between 300-500 properties a year. We Stage all types of houses - from modest to custom, vacant and occupied. Jennie has been featured in many national publications and in the national media features on Home Staging including ABC's 20/20 and NBC's The Today Show. Services vary according to what a client needs - and the goal is to work with a client's budget and timeframe to get a house prepared for sale. If you need a detailed Staging Plan that you want to implement, Jennie and the SHS Team can provide that to you. On average Staging Plans range from $150-$250. If you want to have us use your things and do Hands-on Staging to set the scene in each area of your house, we can do that as well. Hands-on Staging startst at about $200 and goes up from there - based on time and square footage of the house and the work to be done. The SHS Team can coordinate packers, movers, handymen, cleaners and if you need upgrade or update your house prior to coming on the market, we can advise you on what today's Buyers expect to see in a house for sale - and pass along any of her trade discounts on materials and services. If your house is vacant, we will come and preview the property at no cost to you - and then provide a detailed pricing proposal outlining the investment to get your house Staged.
