The experience with RenewHome Innovations was close to perfect. We had a walk-in shower installed with high end materials such as porcelain walls and a new bathroom floor The experience from beginning to end was smooth. The sales person, Randy, helped us figure out what we wanted in an initial consultation. The office crew (Kaylee, Ann) ordered everything and kept us up to date on delivery schedules. The project manager, Justyn, coordinated the work on site as soon as all the materials were available. RenewHome's plumber, Scott, and assistant Jonathan were in and out in a few hours. Then the big work started with a GREAT subcontractor, L and R Home Remodeling LLC. Edgar and his assistant Adir completely rebuilt the bathroom in 3 days and left everything clean at the end of the day. Edgar and the company owner Isaac came back a few days later and painted,leaving us a perfectly beautiful new bathroom. We are totally delighted.

Despicable business practices. Partial bathroom remodel with nothing but problems. We expected 3 walls replaced, new countertop/backsplash and installation of a new vessel bathtub (supplied by owners) for our "renewed" bathroom. Day 1 we were told that only patching the walls was included in our contract, and they would "skim and spray only needed areas". For background, the contract only references, "Wall Board, Tape and Mud" which is our bad for not requiring specific language. Then, they had the flooring guy do the skim/patch work on the walls 2x and ruined them. The owner, Nick Fawkes, finally agreed to send out an actual drywall guy to do the repairs. The specialist insisted on new boards and said that skimming/patching would be more difficult and never look right (surprise). Unfortunately, the outlet hole for the renewed drywall is now in the wrong place. Before and after photos clearly confirm the location change. Texted Justin, project manager, 2x but no reply. BTW, he's terrible too, and never monitors the quality of the job or calls back. Then called the office and was blind transferred to Nick, the owner. Nick refused to honor their warranty because of the "gift" we received for redoing the walls ruined by his floor guy. Then he proceeded to insult me. Never use this company. They are unethical and to date I cannot locate any Colorado license for them but will keep searching. A complaint will be filed with Colorado General Attorney's office (who oversees home improvement companies).

Buyer beware, do not trust this company! In April 2022, I had two-bathroom remodels with flooring redone in both bathrooms and new flooring installed in my laundry room. In September 2023 (1 yr. and 5 mos. after installation), I noticed the floor tiles were breaking apart. I consistently attempted to contact the Renew Home Innovations owner, Nick Fawkes, and received no responses for 3 months. The owner finally contacted me in November to tell me he would not help me with anything because the labor was outside of the 1-year warranty, but the manufacturer could help me with resupplying new tile. The manufacturer advised the tile provided was a defective product, which was discontinued by the manufacturer due to this reason. In January 2024, the manufacturer offered to provide a new product, so I tried contacting Renew Home Innovations to get it installed and the owner continued to ignore my phone calls. It has been 7 months with no resolution. In fact, because the owner would not return any of my phone calls, I had to go to their office in person. The owner and receptionist were very rude and the owner advised he would not assist in rectifying the poor tile installation in my two bathrooms and my laundry room because it was outside of the 1-year warranty, this was despite the manufacturer stating the tile was incorrectly installed. The manufacturer took ownership of the manufacturer issues and is providing new tiles. Renew Home Innovations and Nick Fawkes did not take any ownership for their poor service. They are an unethical company that were deficient in their installation practices. They avoided communication instead of discussing their ineptitude. Do not use this company, the owner’s communication is terrible and his in person communication was condescending. Their customer service and follow through is horrible! Company’s make mistakes, but trustworthy company’s take ownership of these mistakes and address them. Renew Home Innovations is avoiding their mistakes and hiding behind a 1-year labor warranty they put in place, undoubtedly because of these types of issues. I strongly recommend you consider other installer companies that stand by their product and work.

Mark came out and he was exactly on time. He was so detailed. I liked that he was upfront with “we’re not the cheapest.” But, the products they use are not acrylic and they use quartz material instead. Extra important bonus- they don’t use subcontractors!! Very appreciative of the time that Mark spent and not rushing us through.

I did not want a bathroom remodel, only a cracked tub replaced in my mobile home. Very hard to get anyone to come give me a quote. They did a great job, professional, courteous, and very pleased with my project. So happy. Would definitely use them again.

Two man crew showed up a 0800 and finished installing the new tub, tub surround, plumbing fixtures, grab bars and shower curtain by 1600 hours. They did a professional job and I would reccommend them to anyone.

I have a background in interior design and renovations. I provided them with a plan and list of what I wanted in bathroom renovation. They were very good at sourcing materials and contracting tradesmen that were skilled in their field of expertise.

I’ve been remiss in not providing a review sooner. ReNew Home Innovations did a complete bathroom remodel for us, including some interior construction work, and they did a Fantastic job. The job was completed on time and exceeded our expectations. Before deciding on ReNew we met with several companies/contractors - no one was able/willing to do all the things we were asking for (new shower, tub surround, countertops, sinks, toilet, moving electrical, replumbing tub drain/fixtures, walling off a door, creating a new door opening on another wall, and patching existing tile flooring). All of the other quotes we received were higher than ReNew’s, even though none of them included all the things we were asking to have done. After signing the contract, they were very communicative, providing status updates throughout the design, ordering, and installation process. Of course, there were a few hiccups with the job - this was likely given its size/scope. But, they handled each one quickly and efficiently - and always to our satisfaction. While the work was being done the installers always arrived when they said they would and they completed the work on schedule. We absolutely love our new bathroom - especially the much larger shower. Overall, we were very happy with ReNew Home Innovations and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

After a late start because it was difficult to get product, we are so happy with the finished product. Our Master Bath remodel is so worth the wait. Chris was the demo and renewal guy and he was so great to work with. Everyone at ReNew Home Innovations was professional and friendly. Very helpful.

Our walk-i shower was installed promptly after the product was received (product was delayed due to Covid). The installers were respectful of our home, protected our carpets, courteous and prompt. The supervisor was prompt to respond to calls or texts when i had a question or concern.

Great shower. Poor, unprofessional texturing for new wall added for shower expansion. Took awhile for them to come and "fix" it. "Fix" made some areas even worse. Sent same people who are not experienced with texturing. Waiting again. Only recommend them for shower jobs that don't involve expansion. Great sales rep Coria. We are over the moon thrilled with our gorgeous bathroom remodel and our experience with ReNew Home Innovations. Every step of the process and each person we interacted with at ReNew was WONDERFUL. From the beginning, working with Dave and Mike to schedule our quote couldn't have been easier, Danny who came to our home and thoroughly inspected our space to talk through what might be possible was a pleasure, and Sarah manning the phones is a delight to speak with. Our project manager Ryan was communicative and epitomizes integrity - he made sure we were happy with the final product down to the last face plate screw (which is impressive considering this was an entire demo and rebuild project with a lot of moving parts in a 1970s home...). Ryan's commitment to giving us a 5 star final product was refreshing and so appreciated. Every crew member who came into our home was respectful of our property, kind to our dogs, and did top notch work: Morgan did an impeccable job with the demo/rebuild/tiling and was incredibly consultative and helpful along the way, giving us the benefit of his expertise when it came to picking tile size, grout color, etc. that resulted in a BEAUTIFUL end product. Thank you Morgan! He was also helped by Phil and Chris at certain points throughout the process, and again, they were very respectful and skilled. Scott the plumber was a dream to have working on our project - he is clearly an expert at his work doing helpful things like taking pictures of our pipes before concrete flooring was relaid on top so we have a blueprint for any future needs, and was very mindful of all the dust and fumes produced during his process, making sure our house was well protected. We are still waiting on the glass door to be installed by the company ReNew partners with for that portion, but Colorado Glass & Mirror called us the day after all tile work was done to promptly schedule that service, and Justin was great to work with as he came out to do those measurements. Start to finish we are so impressed with the quality of craft and people at ReNew - thank you!! (Before and after pics included)

We love the new bathroom. We are still waiting for the glass siding and door to be installed but I am sure that we will love it even more when it is fully complete. Chris was very nice and professional. Whenever we had questions regarding the project he answered.

Everyone in the company was amazing to work with! Kaylee, Justyn, Ryan D. and Roman and Tony were all so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the project went smoothly. Ann made the financing process seamless. I am so glad we chose ReNew after shopping around. My biggest issue after the project was complete was that I was on the verge of being late to work because I didn’t want to get out of the shower in the morning!
