Jann, the designer was wonderful. We had the contractor from h***, and she professionally worked her way through it so that we could get it finished. I don't know what I would have done without her. Even though this was a turnkey operation, she held my hand through it explaining what was happening every step of the way, and trying to get on the contractors to finish the work they started.
