They surprised me by giving a reasonable estimate over the phone for a job that two other contractors had declined to bid in person. Since they were willing to do the job, though, I decided to accept assurances that the total wouldn't be more than 10% over the phone estimate. Long story, short: they delivered on schedule and within budget, and we're very happy with the work their installation team did. I'd definitely work with them again.

Robert, the HVAC, tech was super polite. He installed a new gas line and ducts for our kitchen island. He also closed off the old ducts and repaired the pre-existing hole in the floor.
