About us
Olde Tyme Architecture, LLC, has been incorporated in Colorado for six years, and was previously incorporated in Illinois under the name of OBS, Inc., dba CAD Services. The firm performs work on between twelve and eighteen projects of various sizes a year. Although it is a small firm, Olde Tyme Architecture, LLC has access to the same resources as larger firms, without having the sometimes excessive overhead of a large firm. The firm regularly contracts with CAD draftsmen, graphic artists, and engineers. The firm has the skills, experience, and resources to complete projects of all levels of size and complexity. Its goal with any project is to meet the design and functional needs and requirements of the client, within budget, and to provide these services at very reasonable rates.
