Miller Remodeling's goal is to provide creative ideas, quality materials and first class workmanship at a fair price. We are an insured, licensed firm since 1980 with experience in both residential and light commercial construction. We welcome Handyman jobs all the time. Please note, I do not work north of 26th street or east of Parker Rd. I will be happy to give you a quote on your project. However, I am currently booked out 5 to 6 months

T.V. nook was not large enough or configured correctly to accept large screen t.v. Tom worked with us to design a new formation for the area that would accept the larger t.v. and accessories. He removed the old nook and built the newly designed nook exactly as we had designed it. Also, took care of the other repairs we came across in addition to what we had talked about. Very professional and couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the work. Disposed of all material and left the area immaculately clean. I will definitely use Miller Remodeling again and will refer them to anyone needing their services.
Overall the work went very well. There were very good suggestions and ideas offered. These included types of cabinets to select, countertops and tile. The people he worked with, to purchase the cabinets for example, were all very reputable businesses on their own. They also had great suggestions, were reasonable in price and were easy to work with.
Tom allowed you to go on your own to select items, which I did in the case of one of the tiles I used for a backsplash. I used the big box stores for the faucets - which helped make the costs more reasonable. From start to finish the process took a number of months but that was due to one of the tiles being out of stock and having to wait for the company to get it back in.
While Tom did most of the work himself, when he used others, they were equally as top-notch and dependable as Tom is. I will use him for future remodeling.

Miller stood out right from the start.
His business practices were sterling in every way: he was respectful of our time and
property, as was each of his employees; he came when he said he would; he
finished the job when he said he would; his communication was outstanding?he
was in constant contact by email spelling out what he was doing, when he would
do it, when he or one of his employees would be there, when they would not; the
inspections were done promptly; everything he said would be covered in the
price was covered, no hidden expenses; if we requested he tweak something, add
something, or splash a second coat on a wall, he complied with respect?and his subcontractors were equally
conscientious about making sure we were happy with their work. On top of all
that, his prices were reasonable, and he was willing to work in stages for us until we could afford the next part.
There may be contractors as good, and as reliable, as Tom Miller, but we weren?t able to find them, even with seven
interviews. He has our highest recommendation.
