The patio cover started to leak profusely within three days of installation. After much research, I learned that King Awnings moved out of state during the job and did not inform me. Then Covid hit. I was finally able to relocate King Awnings in Colorado. (I am in California) . King Awning refused to address the issue. The owner, Ron Huntley, yelled at me on the phone, including profanity. He claims he is not held to California jurisdiction since he is no longer in CA. I had to hire another company to fix the problem, and I am seeking reimbursement from King Awnings. This matter is now going to arbitration. UPDATE: Arbitration was found in my favor and King Awnings reimbursed me for the third party repairs. I strongly caution against using this vendor. My experience with them has been very stressful and difficult.

Given the measurements for repair umbrellas awning , the owner quoted the price over the phone. John came in on time and got everything fixed. Excellent service

Very poor follow up regarding phone calls. The installation took longer than I was told and I had to make the calls to get an answer about what was going on. I also think that it's pretty sad that a business of this size charges a service fee to process a credit card payment ($11.50!)

King Awnings responded promptly and had great customer service. Darrin was awesome to work with. He answered all of my questions. They communicated very well and followed up to make sure I was happy with quality of work They really did a beautiful job.
