11 year Super Service Award winner serving most of the Front Range INCLUDING - Denver and Colorado Springs. Due to what we are passionate about, we purposely named this company "Integrous" (meaning "full of integrity"). How does integrity affect you? We believe it affects everything that we do for you. A passion for integrity affects how we handle you personally, conduct honest roof evaluations, handle your roof problems from start to finish, our pricing, and even down to how we handle our own business finances. All of these are done with the highest standard of true integrity. We plan to be around for the long run to serve you and your roofing needs. We specialize in roofing and hail & wind damage claims. We'll take care of all your roofing and gutter needs. For any other work like painting, windows, and siding, we'll provide you with a list of proven, trusted contractors to get your entire house back to pre-storm condition. First of all, I want to say Keith was incredible to work with! When we spoke on the phone the first time, he explained everything that was going to happen, if I called or text him with any questions he got back with me within a few hours at the most. He did a great job on with suggestions about the type and color of the shingles and gutters. He didn't let anything slip through the cracks, if there was a change for any reason he notified me ASAP. I would happily recommend Integrous Roofing to anyone I know. I'm so happy I chose them, thank you Keith!

Overall the process went pretty well. John George was my Rep and he did a good job overall with project management. We had a couple hiccups during the process (Typical with any construction.) but everything went smoothly overall and the final finished product was worth it. Integrous also offers some good upgrades and they are well worth it and not very expensive as add on's. (I got Airvent-Shingle Vent II and Rhino Roof synthetic felt as upgrades. Well worth the minimal cost difference.) I had a spot on my roof that had some sag in it and Integrous also repaired that during the process along with a few other small places that had soft decking were also replaced. The holes where the old turtle vents were at were also replaced with new decking and not just covered with tin. John is pretty good at spotting potential problems and making sure that they get addressed. He showed up on site and did his own inspections during the roofing process. Integrous also has a 15 year craftsmanship warranty which for a roof is a pretty good warranty. Overall I would recommend Integrous to anyone who needs a roof replaced.

Keith Jacob, owner of Integrous Roofing & Restoration is our official "roof guy"! Living in CO we've had to replace a roof a total of 3 times over 15 years due to hail damage. I found Keith the first time after checking reviews, BBB, etc. and he turned out to be fantastic. The whole thing was quick and easy and he dealt with the insurance company so all we did pretty much was choose the color of the shingles. Naturally when we needed a roof again at a different house we went back to Keith. This time there was also damage to the house so he not only replaced the roof but coordinated the painter and the window replacement. This last time we were selling and the buyer's inspection turned up hail damage. We only had 3 days to get our own inspection/estimate and get a claim going. Keith jumped on it, inspected the roof and gave us a detailed estimate so quickly that we were able to provide that to the insurance adjuster. There was no comparison between his estimate and the two the buyers had obtained, which were basically just short bullet point lists in an email with a ballpark estimate. Keith went out of his way to expedite the materials order and installation so it could completed before close. I would highly recommend Keith and Integrous Roofing. He is extremely helpful and so knowledgeable about the insurance process that it takes that off your plate too.

Keith was in frequent contact to get the information needed to keep the project moving forward. Juan's crew was amazing! They arrived very early in the morning and worked a very long day to get it done! They repaired the plywood in one spot that needed it. The roof looks beautiful, plus they cleaned up all their materials and even blew out the gutters. They laid tarps around the house to help protect around the house. I really feel they go above and beyond.

Maor hail damage to our home was managed and repaired with honesty, integrity and professionalism. Integrous handled the roof repair, window repair, stucco repair, painting, gutter repair etc. Basically every part of our claim was handled by Integrous Roofing and Restoration. Most recently we had a home inspection and needed a roof tile repaired. Keith Jacob assessed the damage, fixed the roof tile and certified our roof in record time. Would highly recommend this company.

I contacted Keith after this most recent hail storm. Cosmetically, I was really hoping to be able to file a claim to get a new roof and exterior paint job. Keith returned my call promptly and was able to check out my house the next day. He went over the roof thoroughly and said there is not enough damage to justify a claim. I appreciate his honesty. On the painting, he had the crew provide me a quote that same day. If I had enough damage for a claim, I would have hired Integrous quickly.

Integrous did a terrific job. We selected them based in part on Angie's List reviews and they didn't let us down. It was tricky as there were four different property owners and four different insurance companies, but they were able to manage the logistical challenges smoothly. John George the project manager also had to deal w/ four different people's quirks and communication which he also did smoothly. The tile we wanted wasn't among the original options but he made it happen for us. Job was done on time and look great.

Great. This is our second new roof with Integrous due to the major hail storm, and both times have been fantastic. David is super responsive and awesome and did all of the heavy lifting with our insurance company. The crew onsite was very courteous and quick, they finished our entire house and garage in one day. It was not fun having to get a new roof after 5 years, but we chose Integrous again because it was such a breeze the first time. God forbid there's another storm, we'll be using them again!
