11 year Super Service Award winner serving most of the Front Range INCLUDING - Denver and Colorado Springs. Due to what we are passionate about, we purposely named this company "Integrous" (meaning "full of integrity"). How does integrity affect you? We believe it affects everything that we do for you. A passion for integrity affects how we handle you personally, conduct honest roof evaluations, handle your roof problems from start to finish, our pricing, and even down to how we handle our own business finances. All of these are done with the highest standard of true integrity. We plan to be around for the long run to serve you and your roofing needs. We specialize in roofing and hail & wind damage claims. Overall the process was quick and easy. The only comment I have is that people following up after the job was complete to pick up things didn't come to our door to let us know they were here; my wife found them outside talking to our young child and caused a fright that a stranger was on our property without us knowing.

I had met John George of Integrous previously and had been impressed, so called him again when we filed the original insurance claim on September 25. John met personally with the insurance claim adjuster, going up on the roof with him. He spent time talking with us about what would be done, what the insurance adjuster said could be covered and, in general, running point for us on this. John was informative and helpful during the entire process, advising us and going to bat for us with the insurance company. And having his wife send us the docu-sign; much easier. Gabe Gilliland kept us informed as to scheduling. It was nice to meet him, also. Such a young man for such an important job. Juan was friendly and informative, and went above and beyond in installing our new evaporative cooler, even cautious for the safety of its electrical connection. We’re looking forward to having that completed when we’re ready for cooling in the Spring. Due to their diligence about meeting code requirements, John had several conversations with representatives of the city and the insurance adjuster. We ended up having to have the decking under the roof replaced, and a substitute of materials at no additional cost because the originally proposed materials were not suitable for our house. Because the roof was so old, we were not able to use the deductible, so the insurance coverage was "actual cash value" which meant more out-of-pocket expense. John worked very hard to get us all we possibly could in insurance coverage. Due to some delays for negotiations and weather (snow and temperatures), the project was finished in early December. Our house is nice and snug and the roof probably will last longer than we are here to enjoy its safety and comfort. All of the Integrous employees were courteous, friendly, and professional and, I believe, practice the Golden Rule.

Great experience. We first met Keith when he came to look at our roof after another roofer had stopped by and told us that many of our neighbors were getting new roofs. This roofer told us our roof was totaled. We got a second opinion from Integrous Roofing and were told that our roof was actually in good shape and they did not recommend replacing it. For a company that is paid by how many roofs they can replace I was very impressed with their moral compass. Then a year or two later another hail storm came through, our roof was in fact totaled, and we knew we would want to work with Keith and Integrous Roofing. The process was very smooth from working with the insurance company to getting the inspection done. The entire process was straightforward and communication was excellent. At the same time our roof was installed a neighbor was getting their roof installed and Integrous was much better at picking up and collecting debris and trash. I can't recommend them enough.

I hired Integrous Roofing & Restoration to repair roof damage from a severe 2016 hailstorm. They also were able to handle some associated exterior painting and window repairs. Total cost of the job was about $ 11,700. They certainly lived up to their excellent local reputation for high quality work & professionalism, and worked seamlessly with our insurance company. But beyond all that, the one thing that most stood out for me was their absolute insistence on customer satisfaction. Keith Jacob (owner) seemed to make it his mission that no detail was overlooked and that any issues were resolved 100% in favor of the customer. Highly recommended.

I have used Keith Jacobs with Integrous Roofing twice now and I would commend him to anyone. He is always professional and makes sure the job is done in a timely manner including the clean up. Integrous Roofing did a professional job from the first quote to the last nail! There were a number of problems on the job, from having to reslope the roof in a section to fixing problems with penetrations from the remodel. All was done very well and to our complete satisfaction. Job was cleaned up every day and the crew was most courteous. John, our contact, was with us all the way through the process. Excellent!

I could not be happier with the service I received from Integrous Roofing. John George, the sales rep, was communicative, kind, and reliable. He took the time to explain everything to me, met me when was convenient to me, and lead me through the claims process. Honestly, it was the easiest thing ever, and it was because I knew John was on my side and doing everything he could to get me exactly what I needed. The roofers themselves were MIRACLE WORKERS, quite honestly, the hardest working crew I have ever seen in my life. They got here bright and early, and their foreman, Juan, was a delight to work with. He introduced himself, gave me an outline on what to expect that day, and kept me updated with anything that came up. They worked their butts off, until dark, and got the entire job done (the house roof AND the garage roof) all in one day. I'm amazed at their hard work, and would hire them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them to all.

This company replaced my roof five years ago before I had solar panels. They just replaced it again this year after hail damaged the first roof. David is a delight to work with. He coordinated with both insurance and solar companies. He looked into a newly available more hail resistant shingle. I can't recommend this company and their staff highly enough. They are pleasant to work with, the job will be done well and their price is competitive.

I had a number of companies bid on my roof replacement, which had been damaged by hail. Integrous Roofing rose above all the competition. David White, Integrous Roofing's consultant, was not only professional and approachable, he was well aware that due to this being a historical 1888 Queen Anne, I was very concerned not only about a quality job, but also about maintaining the integrity of this landmark property. David was instrumental in helping us choose an asphalt roofing shingle that beautifully replaced our damaged cedar shingles. In addition, he suggested a new product for the tower, since regular shingles were not malleable enough to mold themselves aesthetically around the tower peak. It worked magnificently. Furthermore, he put me in touch with a carpenter that perfectly restored rotting millwork around a few windows as well as with a painting company that suggested colors that transformed our home from a dowdy vestige of the past to a gleaming gem. I am totally delighted with Integrous' efficiency, professionalism and service. David White has earned my highest respect due to his honesty, work ethic, and professionalism.

The project went extremely well. We had 2 layers of roof to be stripped off, solar panels to be dealt with (both electric and hot water), and a sunroom roof that needed to be fixed. The crew was here before sunrise and didn't leave until it was too dark to be on the roof. The job was completed in less than 2 days. Everything was cleaned up after the job was complete. The roof looks great.
