I should have gotten a written estimate. I was charged about $300 more than what I was told and what I expected. He finished 2/3 of what was promised and what he did finish was not completed nor was it done well.

Initially thought I received good service. Overpaid on the repair only to have my system work for less than two weeks. I called and texted this company to see what was the problem. One response to say he was very busy, I texted again and no response. Very disappointed by the follow up from this company. I would not recommend. I wasn?t slack in payment, What happened to honesty and integrity?

I called Chris to ask questions about servicing a swamp cooler for my grandmother, he was extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable over the phone and he showed up the same day for an inspection and ended up repairing it the same day as well. He quoted us a fair price and he stuck to that price, I will be using him again in the future.
