This is the second time I have used this company -- first was last year. Jason was so great that when my dryer stopped heating up I wanted to call him but couldn't find his number or company name. Less than five minutes after I put in the online request the FIRST call i received was from him! At first he indicated he could come on Monday (it's Saturday) but when I told him about the wet clothes that were sitting in my dryer he said he could be here in an hour. He had my dryer working and is also fixing my fridge (ice maker). I am sending out an email blast to let everyone know this is THE company to call!

John arrived at the scheduled time, and fixed the problem promptly and inexpensively.

They called me and walked me through fixing the issue over the phone. It took 5 minutes and the issue was fixed. I will call Complete Appliance again if needed in the future.

John was great! He called me immediately after requesting the repair, was kind and did a great job getting the appliance fixed. He allowed me to pay him for the services over the phone which helped me a great deal since the repairs were for my rental property.

Even though it turned out to be a quick fix, I would absolutely recommend Complete Appliance to anyone. He did a gret job!

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!

Literally were there within an hour and half of calling them. Price was lower than expected and they did a great job.

They rock. The person answering phones and setting up the appointments was very nice. The repairman was on time, dressed professionally, got right to work and diagnosed the problem. He came back the next day and quickly fixed everything. They could not be any better.
