I hired Jayson to fix a leaky refridgerator in a rental home of mine. Unfortunately, it still leaked after his initial consultation but he was so great about contacting the new rentor to set up time to review the project. Great service!

The tech knew immediately what was wrong with my dishwasher and, since it was a simple fix, instructed me how to fix it over the phone. He never even had to come out and I didn't have to pay for a service call!

John was on time, disgnosed and fixed the problem, and even fixed another problem I didn't know I had. He was courteous, and very resonable. Will use again if I need an appliance repair!

Came out the same day as promised and gave good input and suggestions with what to do. He was very personal and polite, we would use him again in the future!
