Our repairman came within a couple hours of my call (important since our fridge was broken). He had diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about 1/2 hour and the price was veryr easonable. Would ABSOLUTELY use them again and recomemend them without hesitation.

Turned out not to be the washing machine, but it was a plugged drain. Repairman had torn the washing machine down before discovering. Fully reassembled well. Had to charge for the estimate which was certainly fair.

It was a simple refrigerator fix. Not only did he fix the problem, he showed me how to, if it ever happens again. Great guy.
