They called me back within minutes of my repair request and were willing to come the following day to do the repair. I had a microwave with a broken latch and at first they thought they were going to have to get a whole new door, but ultimately were able to order the latch itself, saving me a chunk of money. They also replaced a blown fuse. I had a trash compacter that was not working that was just stuffed with trash and he got it working. I don't even think he charged me for that. They had to order a part but it came in very quickly. Great service, both appointments were scheduled at my convenience, he was right on time, and the repair was completed to my satisfaction. Price was also reasonable.
