Unbelievable pro! Repairs were completed to my complete satisfaction, on time, and well under the cost I had anticipated. In addition, he was open to answering my questions regarding other projects outside the repair for which he was hired, and even provided advice to me on how to best undertake my own DYI repairs. While I hope not to have any new problems arise with my appliances, I will hold on to his business card, and he'll be the first that I call the next time an issue arises. Can't recommend this pro highly enough!

was happy with 1) rapid response, 2) ability to give me an evening appt, 3) service person called to say he would be a bit late. When they called, tthey did not give me the base fee for a service call but I was happy with the service and the final proce.

Jayson, the tech, called when he was 15 minutes away, arrived on time, explained what the problem was, fixed the problem and was finished within 15 minutes. I will definitely use them if I have future appliance problems.

They contacted me within minutes of my service request, and offered to check out the oven that evening. Jayson was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He arrived on time (despite the snow), and thoroughly tested our oven temperature. Somehow our oven miraculously started working again - perhaps all the recalibrations fixed the problem with the sensor, who knows - and instead of throwing in a new sensor anyway and charging us, he told us to use the oven and see how it works. If we have any problems with it in the next 3 months, they'll come back and replace the sensor. Overall, a great experience. Will call them again if ever needed!

My repairman was Jayson Kenny. He was professional, courteous and top-notch. I can candidly say, in the 20+ years I have been dealing with repairmen of all sorts, he is the best. He called to confirm time, place and problem. He was punctual, neat, and clean � leaving my house the way he found it, except for repairing things that were in disrepair. He was concerned about snow on his shoes and offered to remove them to keep my floors clean. I had seen a previous repairman attempt to repair the ice maker (GE Monogram) two days ago, so I was skeptical that this would be done quickly. Jayson fixed it perfectly and repaired my oven too!

JOHN, CAME BY AND DETERMINED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY WASHING MACHINE. SUGGESTED I CALL A PLUMBER TO SEE IF MY EXIT DRAIN FOR MY WASHER SHOULD BE SNAKED DUE TO A POSSIBLE CLOGGED PIPE.
