They were AWESOME!!! They came out to the house at almost 5:00 PM, I told them it could wait until the next day since it was almost quitting time, but he called and said it was no problem and showed up immediately. He was courteous, fast and did way more than I called him for. He cleaned out my vents and replaced the dryer knob, all for a VERY reasonable price. Extremely happy with Complete Appliance Repair and will keep their number handy for all my appliance needs.

Very quick response. Service agent was there within 1 hour. He was very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge. He also provided information on how to avoid the same problem in the future. Great!

Complete Appliance Repair was great! Within one hour from requesting a home call on a Friday afternoon, a service tech arrived. He was very nice and informative. He diagnosed the problem quickly and I had a working stove the next morning. I highly reccomend Complete Appliance Repair.

I called them at 9am on a Saturday and someone was here by 10:30am. I reveiced a very fair quote for the job and it was finished & they were gone in less than an hour. All other people I had contacted didn't have time available for at least 1-2 weeks and there quotes were much higher. Very friendly & respectful geneltemen. I highly recommend them!

repairman prompt, courteous, knowledgeable.....what he did took care of off balance of washer, but I am still finding clothes not wrung out appropriately making for longer drying time

The motor in my dryer went out. John was there within 2 hours, found the problem, ordered the part, and returned the next morning to fix it. Also took the extra time to fix the water dispenser on my fridge. Great job, very nice person. I would highly recommend this company.

When I first contacted Complete Appliance Repair, I spoke with an extremely friendly woman who promised to have a technician call me back with a price quote for the kind of repair I needed. (This itself was amazing because the 4 or 5 companies I called before this refused to give me any kind of price over the phone). Not only did I get a call back-- but TWO tech called me looking to help. John ended up doing the repair for us- and he came THE SAME AFTERNOON! When he found out that he didn't have the right part, he even came the next morning (a Saturday) to complete the repair. All of this and the total cost was $40-50 less than other quotes!
