We had never had a car detailed before but decided to give Bear's a try and boy were we impressed. They did an excellent job making our car feel like brand new again. Would definitely use them again!

After being directed to one of two open lanes to await the vacuum service I noticed that three cars in the next lane had their cars vacuumed while the two employees were still vacuuming the car in front of me. When the fourth car was being vacuumed and the two employees had finally finished and began a conversation with the other employees, I lost it and spoke my mind. This is the last time I take my car to this car wash.

THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK MY CAR IN AND HAVE IT DONE, READY TO GO IN 2 HOURS. THEY LEFT EVERYTHING IMMACULATE.

They did a thorough job on the vacuum and wash. There were a lot of people that day and it seemed like they were a bit rushed and didn't do such a great job on the tires and interior wash, but for the most part the car looked great and I was happy with the results!

They did a fantastic job at a great price. The work was performed right away and only took about 90 minutes to complete so I was pleased that I didn't have to make an appointment and come back.
