Having recently moved to the area I was looking for a groomer for my 12.5 yr old German Shepherd dog. At our 9:30 am appointment Debby greeted me and my dog and took a thorough history before she took him into the back for his bath. I explained I had to take my granddaughters to skating lessons at 3:30pm and was assured that my dog would be ready at 2:30 pm. Unfortunately they were short-handed and my dog was not ready at the time estimated (which is why I gave a "B") . However Debby explained in detail what she noticed when grooming him - one ear had a bit of waxy build-up - and my dog was thoroughly dry (a challenge with GSDs) brushed out fabulously and looked wonderful! Despite being later than predicted the result was worth it - I will definitely use their services again.

VERY GOOD, THE WORKERS ARE NICE AND LOVING TO THE DOG. MY DOG DOESN'T MIND GOING TO GET CLIPPED BECAUSE HE IS TREATED VERY WELL. WHEN I ASK HIM TO BE DONE AT A CERTAIN TIME THEY USUALLY ARE ON TIME. IF THEY RUN OVER IT'S A VERY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.
