The Tipping Hat Electrical team has set the bar. The immediate inquiry into the work that I needed to be done was within 2 minutes after I used Home Advisor, fast scheduling next day for a job scope, and immediate scheduling for the work to be performed. What impressed me was there knowledge and how the job was described for execution with enthusiasm. The Tipping Hat Team was in constant communication up to and after the job with courtesy 30 minute calls before they were due to arrive at the job site. I was impressed by their work ethic, customer service, most of all the quality of workmanship, that I have requested a quote for some HVAC work, they do more than just electrical. The head electrician Justin and TJ was the team that worked on my home, adding electrical to a new bed room, bathroom, and utility room. I have already started recommending Tipping Hat Electrical to friends and family, they’re a company that you can trust with your home. Also, the price for the work was very fair and they respect the interior of your home down to shoe covers.

the two guys sent over were polite, said had 20 yrs experience, how ever the part they went to Home Depot for did not fit and they 'Jerry rigged' it and charged me $289. I had to get a screw driver every time I used shower to be able to turn off water. They gave me estimate to replace whole tub/shower combination for the grand total of $1389 with a credit of the previous amount charged. I had another company look at this and they had a good laugh, as the work Tipping Hat did was in backwards. So much for 20 yrs. experience!!

They came out on time and evaluated the work to be done. We worked out an action plan, adapted to the situation when conditions changed and completed the work for the stated price. My only knock is they did not offer to wear booties. They did not need to walk in a main floor carpeted area so it did not cause a problem.

Moved appointment time later slot. Had parts needed on truck. Repair done in 30mins.

Jason/Nick were great. They were on time. They put on booties when they entered the house. They fixed something I tried but couldn't. Jason also gave me an evaluation of my house electrical system. I would use them again.
