Mack/Jamie and his wife, Jennifer, do not do what they say they will do. They owe for a water bill totaling $594 from when a space was rented from me. He agreed to the bill, said he would pay it back numerous times in writing, then asked for a positive review for a roof he did at the same property that he rented and the same property that the bill was accrued on. When I said I would leave a positive review after he made me whole Mack/Jamie expressed frustration and he and his wife are now ignoring all correspondence. I have documentation and amount was agreed upon by Mack/Jamie, so the bill itself is not being disputed by either of us. Very unfortunate. Would not recommend.

Our home has a fairly complex roof design with several gables and unusual angles so we were highly selective when we chose to use Pro Shield LLC. The communication and timeliness of this team from project start to completion was excellent. When questions arose or suppliers had issues Pro Shield was prompt in their responses and notifications. This team was also proactive in making sure that I understood the basic processes involved with tear off and replacement and were especially considerate when doing so insuring that furniture, plants, cars, and people were safe in the process. One of our trees was damaged when some materials slid off in a different direction and the Pro Shield team showed me the damage and provided an acceptable resolution. On the plus side, the Pro Shield team identified an area that was prone to leakage and what they did to mitigate and prevent any future leakage in that area. They also brought our vents up to code and provided guidance for other improvements.
