The communication about when the painters would be there could have been better but they did a nice job of painting the exterior.

The Painter-Bruce, painted most of my walls fine. He missed a 2 Ft x 13 Ft section. How do you miss a yellow section when you are painting grey on the walls? That should be obvious. The tape he used for masking pulled the paint off my baseboards and door jams. I had to call twice to get it repaired. They refused to send anyone but Bruce out, and I refused to have him in my house again. He dripped paint in several places on my leather furniture, he dripped paint on my brick fireplace and dripped grey paint on my white window sills. I spent 6 hours re-painting to fix his mistakes. The company was completely unwilling to repair the mistakes unless the same painter could come out to fix the problems. I would never use these people again. I already witnessed his ability to "fix" the problem and will never have him in my house again. Do not use these people!!!

It was a pleasure working with the office staff at Peak Pro Painting. The quote assessment and assistance with my HOA was more helpful than I ever expected. The price was great and overall quality of the work performed was top notch. The communication with the painting crew was challenging and in the end, the final walk-around was not handled well by the time painter, but I have full confidence that the office team will get my few minor concerns addressed. I would still recommend their services and will not hesitate to re-hire them again in the future.

The sales staff did a great job walking the house, documenting areas needing prep work, and gave a reasonable quote. There was an issue with when and at what time the job would start. Communication could have been better. The painters did a pretty good job painting the house, but in a rush to finish the job in 2 days, the shed was done quickly and the prep work and painting of the shed showed. There was old paint that wasn't scraped off on the trim and I had to have them add another coat of paint as the wood grain was showing through. The other thing that wasn't satisfactory was, the painters left a big mess on my patio. They didnt sweep up or dispose of the panel siding they replaced. They left it in a pile on the side of my house. Also, they took it upon themselves to use my shed to store the paint supplies overnight and removed my wheelbarrow from the shed and left it in the yard to get rained on. Overall they did a good job at a decent price, but they do lack on cleaning up after they are done.

The painting crew was extremely efficient and I was so incredibly pleased with professional look of my home upon completion. Highly recommend.

They did a great job. Very timely.

Their price was reasonable for painting a house and that is why I chose them to paint my house out of 3 bids. The crew did a good job, however they caused water damage in my basement. I called the office and instructed them not to use one of the outside faucets since it leaks into my basement and I communicated that wit the foreman. I also removed the handle of the faucet so that it doesn't get used. Before they left, one of the crew used a pair of pliers to open the faucet and they caused leak into my basement damaging a laser printer and few other office items. Also make sure everything you agree on down to the small details is in writing. A hand shake doesn't cut it.

Very attentive and professional. The price was more than fair, the work was great. We are very happy and would use Peak Pro again. Osmar is the best. Very detail oriented, honest and a true skilled craftsman.

Very professional. Excellent job. Excellent value. They do use subcontractors. They have a 2 year warranty (the other companies that I got estimates from had at least a 4 year to 7 year warranty.

I was very pleased with the company and the job done. I was nervous about the job being subcontracted out, but was reassured they know all their subcontractors and have worked together for many years. The subcontractor we had was an all female team and they did an OUTSTANDING job. They kept us in the loop about timing since it was mid November and you need to make sure it is warm enough out to do it. They took their time and made sure to do it right. They primed and caulked the areas that needed it and everything turned out amazing. They were very impressive and I am glad we went with them. All in all it worked out very well for us. It also helped to go buy a sample of the color we wanted so we knew we were making a good choice on the color. It is so hard to see from the tiny color swatch. We went from light blue to dark grey and I LOVE it!

They did a really great job with the prep work. Made sure trim was properly nailed and caulked. Filled holes where needed. Great paint job too. Expect it to last a long time. Courteous crew, worked efficiently despite rainy weather.

Great job with painting! Job was done quickly I was pleasantly surprised how fast! Not all nails were hammered in and filled. Also had them stain front door which wasn't cheap at all, or done to my standards. Only one coat applied and no sanding was done. But overall I was very happy with exterior paint. I would use them again,
