I am still waiting for the 1/2 window screen--they gave me a full window screen and i cannot hang my a/c out the window. oh well--a fan is doing the job now. All of the workers were efficient, friendly, professional, cleaned up after themselves. I am very satisfied with the window. The only reason they didn't get a perfect 5 is i am still waiting for that 1/2 window. i'd definite;y hire them again.

The window I recieved from jet was an insert window which did not replace may whole window. The trim work added to the window didnt match my homes trim. The trim doesn't fit flush to the wall you can bend it with your fingers. The mechanisms in the marvin window don't work well and the insulation has gaps you can see through.

Jet came out promptly to survey and estimate the job. Their installation crew did a good job, cleaned up completely, and were early arriving to do the work. Minor problems encountered were solved quickly and professionally. The unitised doors work well, look good, and should last a long time. Their price was reasonable.

Jet Windows and Doors is incredible !!! I am so glad I chose them. Their salesman Mike answered all my questions without any pressure. He even recommended I get other quotes. Delivery was as promised without delay. John Shea came to my home for a final measurement and came during the installation to make I was satisfied and that the work was being done to his satisfaction, The installers are great. My windows are beautiful !!! No need to shop around, this is the company to buy from. You will not be disappointed. I am recommending them to everyone who needs windows !!

The work was exceptionally well done. The workers were prompt and completed their work in the time that was quoted. My only regret was that the window blinds were removed and not put back up. I would highly recommend the actual work. It was amazing.

Jet Windows and Doors was fantastic. They called me instantly and had a salesperson out for an estimate 2 hours later. I've never seen service people come out so quickly. I had an odd sized entry door that was broken into and they were able to custom make the door and save me a fortune from ordering a special order. They even put it in next day on a Saturday! I will be using them again for sure.

Jeff and Jet Windows were very professional. Jeff came out immediately to assess the job, gave an estimate, and scheduled a date for the window replacement. After getting the initial quote, it turned out that the window was a difficult replacement to find (octagon window). So after weeks of playing phone tag, I found that my window supplier (Menards) was FAR cheaper (50% cheaper than Jet's quote) than Jet Window's suppliers' price. So Jeff allowed me to purchase the window on my own, and Jet installed the window beautifully. I would hire them again.

All three companies I called for a window estimate were a bit slow to initially respond. Jet returned the first usable quote, and the most comprehensive solution and explanation of what the work entailed. They made, and kept, an installation appointment on time, and were done when they said they would be. A friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough team -- I would recommend them, and have already asked for a quote on another project.

Jeff Shea was on the phone and at the house almost as soon as I sent in the request. He was professional as well as helpful as our door ended up being a custom job. Jeff addressed all our concerns and the installation went very smoothly. His installer was cordial and cleaned up everything with the added surprise that an additional crew came to take away all the insulation and the old door and wood so we had nothing to drag out to the curb. Jeff personally came by to make sure everything was going well and called later to make sure we were happy with the job. I would definitely recommend Jet Doors to anyone. x& x xxxxx xxxxxxxx
