Even though an email was sent to Joe on a Sunday afternoon, he called back quickly(it was not an emergency to hear from him. Joe could not personally help us on our issue, but he gave us a person's name and number to help us out and some advice on things to try. I was amazed how quickly he called and the advice he gave, so I would highly recommend him to anyone. If we do need him in the future, he will definitely be the one we call. Thanks Joe.
