Doug was prompt and very responsive and when there were some manufacturers defects, he took care of them right away. He was there when he promised to be there and he left absolutely no mess whatsoever when he was finished. Overall he did an excellent job and I love the new gas fireplace.

Dough was very conscientious about everything. He took his time to take careful measurements, to make sure I received the right door, and very careful about cleaning up after and during the job. I would definitely hire him again or recommend him to my friends.

They were very thorough in disassembling, cleaning, and tuning my gas fireplace. Care was taken to ensure areas around the fireplace were kept clean (e.g., protective tarp over carpet). Job well done!

Doug repaired my faulty thermal genterator in my gas fireplace and got it back to working order just as I needed. He also cleaned the fireplace and improved it's overall appearance. He took great care in his work and was respectful of my home, removing his boots even though I did not ask him to. I would definitely recommend Fireside Design for all your fireplace needs.

Service w/ Fireside was extremely good. He arrived on time & fixed two leaks in our gas fireplace very quickly. He then cleaned the entire fireplace until it looked brand new! I would definitely recommend Fireside Design to anyone I know.
