Josh was recommended to us by a friend. We needed our phone/internet and Comcast coax put in a wall box on the side of the house, I called Josh, left a message, he called me back within the hour, I sent him a picture, he gave me a price. He came out in a couple of days and did a fabulous job. Couldn't be more pleased. We would highly recommend him.

I was looking to install a new sound system in a house I had recently purchased. I found this company on Angie's list and inquired. Josh immediately got in touch with me on a Sunday and set up a time to do a walk-through of my home the following week. He put a bid together and I selected him to do the work. He was very knowledgeable and was quick, efficient and tidy in completing the work. He installed both inside as well as outside wireless speakers and I couldn't be happier. it went great I hit the jackpot when I found & hired Josh Engel to install a 5-camera Indoor/Outdoor Blink camera system. His knowledge and expertise in all things audio and video is astonishing. It went so well, that I enlisted him to also repair my tower speakers and set up my AV receiver so I can listen to music, as well as to have a nice sound system for watching movies, etc. He is efficient, amiable, and very adept at providing understandable instruction on how to operate all those things to someone with a learning disability. We are thrilled with the services Josh provided! We had an old TV from 2018 and a sound bar that had cords hanging out. Unsightly to say the least. Josh came to our, viewed our space and made perfect recommendations of what direction to go for a new TV (the correct size) and sound system. We upgraded to an OLED TV and Sonos speakers. Josh took care of the complete install. He was always on time, efficient, communication top notch, his estimate for his time and cost were also clear (no surprise costs) He cleaned up boxes and any drywall debris. We could have taken this project on ourselves but we made the decision to hire a true professional. Best decision. It was done in a timely manner and I am sure it would have taken us 10x as long. We appreciate that Josh took this project off our hands and made our space perfect. We are grateful!

I managed to pull one to few wires when building my house for my home theater surround sound. So couldn't actually use any of the speakers, just the one from the TV. Josh quickly identified a solution to my problem, and now, by using the right connector box, everything works perfectly!

Josh took the time to talk with me about my projects, offer additional suggestions, and discuss the pros and cons. He also handed changes very well when I changed my mind or added additional needs to the project. He was flexible to my schedule and always on time. My Control4 remote was dead and contained a non-serviceable battery. Control4 indicated they couldn't do anything to help since the remote was out of warranty and my previous AV company wanted over $1000 for a new remote and a truck roll to come out and update the software on my system. Josh was able to diagnose the issue and found an alternative means by which to charge the batter to prove that it was a firmware issue on the remote. The hope is now that we can simply reflash the remote and get it to charge on the block.
