Very impressed with DIrk Melby and his team. From start to finish, they were great communicators, providing updates along the way. Since we haven't been through this process before following hail damage, DIrk explained the full process including insurance coverage to us. The job started earlier than expected, was executed quicker than we thought, and clean-up after each workday and at completion was very well done. HIgh service, great quality, very competitive pricing. Highly recommend.

One of the best companies I have worked with in the mountains. They replied super fast to my quote request and scheduled me just as fast. The proofs of the install were quick and accurate. If there was a 6 star grade I would give them one.

Summit Roofing inspected our roof and said it needed to be replaced. The insurance company initially said there was nothing wrong with it! Summit fought them so they sent out another adjuster who agreed we did in fact need a new roof! Summit has dealt with the insurance company every step of the way and we now have a beautiful new roof!

My expectations were absolutely exceeded. This was the best "large job" experience I have ever had. Chad explained the process answering all of my questions and concerns, as well as assessing my needs and staying very close to my budget. I felt comfortable leaving such an integral part of my home in Summit's hands. My roof and gutters look amazing. Summit did a great job on replacing all of our gutters and downspouts. Communication was excellent, both on scheduling and when we met with them onsite to discuss options and features such as upgrading and redirecting downspouts and adding leaf protection where needed. They were patient with us as we obtained Highlands Ranch HOA approval and as we reviewed their color samples to choose the exact match to our home's trim. We can wholeheartedly recommend Summit Roofing and Gutter.

I looked at five companies to replace my 22 year old gutters. Summit was the only company with a complete proposal that answered every question including the price, the work to be done, pricing, payment and insurance. I was impressed by the pictures with the proposal and that they did not need a down payment; others wanted a non-refundable down payment. Ready to start immediately and done in just a couple days. The gutter colors perfectly matched the house, and are a very good quality. Justin the installer explained what he would do and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I would totally recommend Summit Gutter Systems!

Dirk came out very quickly and did a complete review of my old rusted gutters. He was extremely professional, and I got an estimate the same day. The estimate included pictures of my house along with a drawing of where the new gutters would be. It was great. I was also given options for leaf guards, larger downspouts, and painted gutters. The entire installation process was great. I was home and watched the meticulous work being done. There were frequent communications to ensure that I was getting what I wanted. The installation price also included some work under my deck to work around clogged French drains. I am 100% satisfied, and would highly recommend the team at Summit Gutter Systems.
