He did not do it. He put some glue on the door and left. He didn't complete the job. When I tried to contact him directly, he did not respond. When I escalated to Thumbtack and the BBB he responded saying he "finally" got a hold of me, as if I weren't being responsive. In his response to my bbb complaint, he lied. He claimed he asked me for an invoice - that never happened. He claimed I hired somebody else to fix it. This is inaccurate and I never said that. I told him my apartment would need to fix the damage and I don't know how much it would cost. I told him I have moved out of that apartment but I'm still in the same complex. It doesn't even matter how much it costs for my complex to fix it. He was paid to fix it and he didn't. He was given money to do a job and he didn't complete the work and now he's lying about it. DO NOT LET THIS PERSON IN YOUR HOME.
