Ygnacio is extremely professional and thorough. He gave us excellent suggestions and foresight to our ongoing project. They were on time and prepared. He and his co-worker Jose got busy right away and worked efficiently. They are both very polite, professional and courteous. I would recomend them for ANY electrical need!!

The quote was a little higher than expected. And, the final cost was even higher. He couldn't come the day he said on Thursday; he came the next morning, Friday. He wasn't able to finish then, so after a couple hours, he left and came back Saturday evening. While I was disappointed that the cost and time it took were more than I anticipated, he did a neat and thorough job. Everything is working fine. I was impressed that he came out on Saturday evening to finish the job. I know that the distance between the circuit box and the installed 220 outlet was farther than I told him. So, despite the disappointments, I would recommend him.

I originally selected a different person from ServiceMagic. After the initial call, that person never came back and never called. I turned to Ygnacio at Alta Terra, and he was the opposite of the first person. He came when he said he would; he fixed the problem seemingly effortlessly; and his bill for the services was much, much lower than I expected. I would recommend Alta Terra to anyone, and I will certainly use them again myself.

Yiggy was awesome!! He installed 2 ceiling fans and did a variety of electrical jobs around the house. He arrived on time, fixed everything I needed and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I'll definitely call him next time I need an electrician!

I had a frustrating connection with my dryer that they were able to quickly identify and repair (once they went and go the part). They were very friendly and communicative. I would use their services again.
