I had a problem with one of my gables it seem that every time a big snow storm came snow would come through my north gable and snow would penetrate to my master bed room ceiling. I google for a company that could aid me in correcting this problem. After entering my contact information I received calls from several compaines to install whole house fans. However, Jose Olguin contacted me and indicate he would like to view the problem and possible he could solve my problem with the gable and install an attic fan. I was amazed to his quickness and his problems solving solution that I hired him.

They installed two exhaust fans in bathrooms. Mr. Olguin called me to say he was done and that while installing the one fax in my main floor bathroom that some of that lath (which I didn't know was up there) had broken and there was about a 2 1/2 inch hold outside the cover for the fan. I understood as it is an older home. Mr. Olguin didn't offer to repair it, which I would have gladly paid him additional for. Instead there is a hole in the ceiling now. It looks disgusting. I feel if you start a job you should complete it. His work was acceptabe but I wouldn' hire him again because of the job not being finished professionally. PSC

Needed ground wire installation for a dishwasher of a tenant occupied condo in a city I know little about. He worked with me through phone and e-mail, did not mind stopping by the condo office to get access to the unit and completed the project on time as planned. If it wasn't for servicemagic and Alta Terra electric I would have much more difficulty dealing with this problem. Thanks.
