Patrick was the tech. that arrived at my house. He was very knowledgeable on what was wrong with my refrigerator explained the issue told me a price and went out to pick up the part came back installed it in less than 1/2 hour. He was very nice and I recommend him and Emerald Home Services for any appliance repair.

It was a wonderful experience!

The part I needed could have cost less, especially since there was a lower cost multi-part assembly that could have been easily cannibalized for just the needed part.

Repairman was 1/2 hour late even after calling and telling me he was on his way. Diagnosed problem, (which I had indicated was probably the problem in the first place) but had absolutely no parts (all he needed was a simple water hose) and told me to go to Lowes and then do it myself. If I had wanted to do it myself I wouldn't have called him. Indicated that if he came back with a hose I would be charged another service charge.

Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and made sure they understood my concerns!! Patrick was the repairman and was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were even able to get me in on the same day! I would definitely use this business again if need arises.

both Cody and Patrick were very professional and had not problem explaining what they were doing to me. I enjoyed talking to them and the service they provided.

I was able to get an appointment as they were the only company to respond to my inquiry on HA. Good start there. Came to the appointment a bit later than he said. Took a few temperature readings, opened the lower back of the fridge and looked at one or 2 parts and said one was bad. He happened to have the part in his bag and replaced it. Said it should work. I paid the service fee of $50, the part was about $80 and about $130 for the install of the part. He said I should start seeing the temperature of the fridge rise soon. The next day, after 24 hours, no temperature change so I am back at square one. I called the company and the individual back to let them know nothing was fixed and scheduled an appointment over text stating with the repairman to give him an hour time frame for him to come back. Scheduled the hour time slot and had my father be home for him. He never showed up. Claims he never gave me an hour time slot yet I have it in a text. He said he was waiting to hear back for another part that works together with the already replaced part without even checking in the fridge again. In the meantime I had called another company for a second opinion. The second company came in, took the fridge apart, checked the Freon and noticed there was a leak and the Freon and pressure was way low. Had the first repairman and company checked this I may have had a working fridge sooner than later. After initially talking to the women who scheduled my appointment and explained what had happen, they said they would work with me on the cost. I never heard back from her and the repairman to settle what was not fixed. I left numerous messages and no return call. The other company did fix the problem and I have a working fridge.

I could not have asked for, nor received, a better pro for the job. Cody fixed my ancient dryer and it works perfectly. He took his time and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I will absolutely call Emerald Home Services again, and request Cody. Thank you so much.

I would like to start by saying that my microwave was fixed and there was no issue with the repair. The technician, Patrick, did a great job with the repair. My issue is that customer service and response from the company was horrible. I emailed and called the dispatcher several times (Jessica) and never heard back after initially scheduling the service. It took 4 weeks to have this microwave fixed due to parts not being available for my model. Fine, however, I constantly had to text/call the technician for updates when this should have been the dispatcher/owners job to keep me informed. I spoke to a second technician and complained and even asked for a refund. He said he would speak to Jessica and get back me. No one ever did. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend this company.

I am not on site to know that the machine works, but I greatly appreciate the service man coming to my house twice to diagnose, buy the part, and then repair. He showed up one day later than scheduled. I will use again.

I would be glad to do business with him again. He was honest and cordial.

Had another company scheduled for today but they never showed up nor did they have to courtesy to call/text to cancel. I requested another company and Emerald Home Services responded almost immediately and were in my home soon after. Cody was very professional, courteous and prompt; would totally call again if needed and absolutely recommend for your appliance repair! Thank you Cody!

When we booked the appointment, there weren't any available until a couple days later. But the same day I booked, a technician called that he was in the area and he repaired the refrigerator the same day!

I had Cody come out to repair my dryer. He was very professional, and even showed me how to repair the issue in the future. Highly recommend this company!!
