Emerald Home Services charged me $410 for my project. The part was negligible and no company should be charging over $300 an hour for work. They should not be with HOMEADVISOR, When I asked for a receipt, they refused to give me one. I then told them I would not give them my credit card, but would instead pay by check. They are dishonest and should not be in business.

Came the same day although quite late at night. Fixed my dryer and went outside to check the vent hook-up, Vacuumed up old lint and never scratched either the washer or dryer. 3 days later dryer still working. Parts are less than $50 on Amazon but told it would be expensive, Spent 1 hour and charged $359. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful although it seemed pricey, Have nothing to compare it with.

On time, great staff, and fantastic service. Came in on price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Quick to answer, good to schedule, then reschedule truck broke down. Ok - showed up on time next day. Was to return at 3p. Did not show up for another couple hrs. Was not fixed. Checked next day, now not returning until Monday. It is just an ice maker but for a pre paid $360.00-/+ not what expected.

After car trouble they cancelled my appointment. I left an honest review and they replied and came to fix appliance within 24 hrs.

They did a great job. They were very efficient, they quoted me the price over the phone and that’s what the final bill was.

The technician was very helpful, he gave me several tips on how to make my dishwasher work more efficiently. These tips worked, and I am now happier with my appliance.

This is been the worst experience with repair service I've ever had! Do not hire these guys! They showed up on a Monday charged me $300 and said the work was done! Next morning nothing's changed. Rescheduled appointment for next day and no show. Rescheduled next day... 4 hours late but showed up at 8:30 at night and charged me another $90! Said that would be it! Next morning still the same! So it's been 4 days all my food has spoiled and nothing's changed and I'm close to $400 out of pocket!

Got right to work. Did not talk a lot. Finished quickly. Gave some good advice on future use of oven.
