The service experience is the best I've ever had at a Volkswagen dealership and, this being my 3rd service visit this year (yeah, living in Northern Colorado adds tons of miles to your car!), I am seeing a pattern of exemplary service.  Ehrlich has an asset in its service department--his name is Kevin!

The service engine soon light illuminated in my 2009 Maxima about mid May. I took the car in ASAP and they inspected and pulled codes. It was the fuel tank temperature sensor. It had only happened one time so they cleared the code and advised me if the light illuminated again the fuel pump may need to be replaced. Two weeks later, just after I filled the gas tank, the light illuminated again. I took the car in to pull the codes and it was the same one, fuel tank temperature sensor.
Backing up a moment...a few months after I purchased the car, February of 2012, I bought an extended warranty. At this appointment, the service manager called in the issue to First Extended Service Corporation and they denied the claim. It turns out that the fuel tank temperature sensor is part of the whole fuel pump assembly. Since the vehicle diagnostic code for the fuel pump or the fuel level sensor didn't show on the read out, they wouldn't cover it. Of course I was not happy because this was going to cost $700-800.
The service manager escalated my complaint to the finance department at Ehrlich Nissan. The finance department approved the work to be done under their extended protection plan and I only had to pay a $75 deductible. They also covered the cost of my rental car as I drive from Fort Collins to Greeley for the service on my car. This was the second time this dealership/service department went above and beyond to take care of an expensive issue with my Maxima. I'm very happy with the purchase of my car from Ehrlich and other than two issues, it has been very affordable to maintain.

My experience was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and professional. The pricing was a little high but the quality of work was substantial.

The staff are very friendly and will not take advantage of the customer. I do think their pricing is reasonable for the amount of work they do. Also, I am able to take my car in within 48 hours of calling for an appointment.
