We ordered a 36 inch whirlpool stainless steel refrigerator two weeks in advance. When we called to have it delivered they said it had been damaged and wouldn't deliver it. Because we ordered so far in advance we asked for a loaner (we had just moved into the house and had no other refrigerator). They brought us a white LG refrigerator that had too much insulation blown into it and was oversized, in the process of installing it they detached our cabinet from the wall. When the replacement came in I asked them to go through the front door, they refused to do so and damaged the wall coming through a narrower door. The replacement was also damaged, and we asked them to bring us a new bottom drawer, which they said they couldn't do and had to order a new refrigerator. When the new refrigerator was in our driveway, the installer said we should just swap the door out, and did so. It took over two months to get a brand new refrigerator from them, and our cabinet is still detached and our wall is still scraped up.
